Welcome to Coastal Charm - an executive home with luxurious features. This stunning private home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, nice ocean views, elevator, private heated saltwater pool, and much more. You must experience this island gem! It is a short walk to the public beach access and our beautiful beaches.

On the ground level, you will find a huge garage w/ oversized garage doors and a Tesla charger. You can store all your beach gear and toys. The first of five bedrooms is on the ground level: twin over twin bunk bed with a wall mounted TV and private full bathroom with walk in shower. From here you may use the oversized elevator or solid oak stairs to arrive in the bedroom level where you will find one of the two primary suites with its own private, covered deck, a huge double vanity area, walk-in shower, and custom closet. This floor also offers two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared full bathroom. The next level up from here is the main living area, which is truly sensational! The space is filled with natural light and boasts a kitchen like no other offering a propane gas range w/ downdraft on a grand, quartz island, cabinetry to the ceiling with custom under cabinet and toe-kick lighting, walk-in pantry and more! The dining area is well-positioned with ocean views and flows nicely into the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is also a propane fireplace for those cooler evenings. You will find a full-size bathroom, large laundry room, and second full size fridge on this level as well. Additionally, the covered porches feature composite decking, tongue and groove wood ceilings with warm ocean breezes and views. On the final, top level, the 2nd primary suite encourages relaxation on the quaint deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic.

The backyard area is fenced in and includes the private heated saltwater pool, loungers, patio table and chairs, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill. We have a parking for four cars. We also include beach bikes, beach chairs, and a beach wagon.

Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

House was spacious, clean, and had all things covered you would need to have a relaxing week at the beach. We came from Texas so having a house that supplies from cooking utensils, beach towels, bicycles, beach wagon and chairs, all we needed to do is relax and enjoy everything that CB offers for a great vacation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is a beautiful home. The pool was not cleaned as it was supposed to be on Saturday. Called Management and they responded promptly and the pool company did come out and clean the pool. Wednesday was the next day the pool was to be cleaned and Management contacted me and said the pool company would not be out but they would be out Saturday. The contract states the pool is to be cleaned, etc. Saturday and Wednesday?? We had to clean debris out of the pool ourselves which included large bugs and a dead frog! Wish the kitchen was better stocked with pots and pans. The property went up for sale on Sunday so not sure we will be renting the home next year. If possible, keep me updated on the sale and if your Management Company will continue to manage after the sale. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation at Coastal Charm. The house was beautiful with everything you need. The pool was great for small kids. A short walk to beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great and in a fantastic location. Thoroughly enjoyed the nice private pool and setting around the pool. The house was very nice and the air conditioning was great even though temps were 95+ during our stay. We had a few inconveniences: some of our family got stuck in the elevator on Day 1 and had to call maintenance. The maintenance crew was there within 5 minutes of the call to get us out, but a scary situation none the less. There were two separate breakers that tripped multiple times during our stay even after us removing devices from the plugs, so not sure what that was about. Also, took a while to get warm water on the 4th floor or the kitchen floor (sometimes 10+ minutes) and the kitchen sink water never got warm. However, the positives of the house far outweighed the inconveniences we dealt with. The bikes with the nearby greenway, the short walk to the beach, the spacious living floor with a great kitchen, and great location are more than enough to bring us back. We loved our stay and will absolutely be looking to book again in future years. Highly recommend! All-in-all, the property was fantastic and very clean!

Wow!!! First off the house was spectacular. The pool was a hit with the kids and the closeness to the beach made this trip 5 stars. We got very lucky because we had the best weather you could ask for. No rain and temps in the 80's with no humidity. Perfect and everyone had a great time. Thanks for everything.

We loved our stay in coastal charm. The home was absolutely beautiful and the proximity to ocean was amazing. We would definitely want to visit again during warmer months.

We decided to spend Thanksgiving at this beautiful house and it far exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate and incredibly well stocked, they had everything and more needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we'd like to make this an annual tradition. I'm already in the process of searching the calendar to book our next stay. Thank you for the much needed family getaway!

Just a couple blocks from the beach, a short walk to restaurants, and a short drive to shops, aquarium, state parks and more. House is gorgeous. The elevator was great for luggage and groceries. Property management was accessible and promptly responsive. Any questions or concerns were addressed.

Although we were there during a tropical storm, it was very homey and relaxing. The beach is easily accessible which I loved! Didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool much but I couldn’t think of a better place to ride out the storm!! The elevator gave us trouble once or twice and if your traveling with smaller children I suggest you bring a few baby gates, but other than that, the property well very well appointed and had everything you needed to feel at home.

My family and I had a great time. Coastal Charm is a beautiful home. Great proximity to the beach access. The pool was perfect and honestly where we spent most of our time. Elevator made bringing luggage in and out a lot easier. We were the first group to stay there so there were some very minor issues but nothing off putting. Excellent communication with the property management group. Very responsive. We were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making more memories there for years to come.
