Absolutely gorgeous hotels service with top-notch hotels were clean. Had a small kitchen with everything you would possibly need for your stay. The view of the beach was amazing plan on returning soon recommend I give it 10 stars if I could.

Great self catering accommodation with partial ocean views from 8th floor. Pool and hot tub right downstairs and small walk to the beach where loungers and umbrellas available. Nice and clean and daily room cleaning available.

Have been to MBOR a few times and it never disappoints. Rooms are great, gulf view rooms are great, service is great. Great time to visit as tourist traffic was low. Pool area was pristine, although the "hot" tub was a "cold" tub. Didn't get an explanation for why it wasn't hot, but the jets were on. Our mattress had a little hump in the middle, but it was still very comfortable. Overall, it was a great and relaxing trip.

We had a one bedroom oceanfront and it was ok. It was a little dated but not terribly dated. There was no hot water on our third day there. We ended up leaving a day early. The staff was very pleasant. The pool area was nice.

Unfortunately no dining options or room service, house keeping manger was rude and incompetent the door without knocking. Very inconvenient place to stay. Shouldn’t charge anywhere close to what they are charging per night wish I booked at JW Marriott as originally planned.

The guy of the beach area tahiris umbrella and chair. Very bad service .got people off the beach at 5:30 pm. He doesn't seem to like to work

The property is very pretty and well kept. Our suite was huge and very nice and clean. The front desk and valets were pleasant and knowledgeable. One misleading piece is they notate a beach bar which we assumed was "theirs" and that is not the case. It is on the way to the beach but not owned by the resort. There are bathrooms there but only for bar guests. You need a code to get in. So when you need the restroom and are the whole way out by the beach, you need to go into the hotel lobby! Not convenient. The pool area is nice but small. We knew that going in. No food or bar here which we did miss. They only had 6 umbrellas for the entire area, and it was very sunny and warm. I asked for more and he said they lost some due to a storm months ago and were waiting for more. So if you want to stay at the pool and have an umbrella you have to literally pounce on one when someone goes to leave. I also strongly feel there were people at our pool that did not stay there but no one monitors this. All in all, very nice place and we enjoyed the area. We have come to realize we must be sure we choose a property with bar/restaurants and a bathroom in vicinity of the pool and the beach. If this is not a need for you, then this should be a good spot for you. There are restaurants and shopping in walking area and does appear to be quite safe.

The room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable but some things were just not great. At check in, they failed to mention that in order to have your room cleaned up and restocked towels, and when I wanted to find out why my room was not maintained, I realized there is no phone in the room to call the front desk. You have to go all the way down to ask a question. There are no dining options. There is no atm on property. The technology in the room is outdated. Couldn’t connect to streaming options and they do not offer premium channels so if you get caught in a storm and can’t go anywhere, be sure to stop at the supermarket before you get there and bring a laptop or iPad to stream something decent. Pretty room but that’s where it ends. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere that offers decent amenities. The beach was not cleared in front of the hotel like the Marriott. Seaweed everywhere.

Had a great time for a week at Marco Island with no real expectations. Marco Beach Ocean Suites Resort was very clean and nice. It is dated and in need of renovations to keep up with others, but overall the place satisfied all our needs.

The property is excellent. It is very quiet. The location is very convenient. The service is also excellent including the valet parking and the bellman services. They need to replace the lobby entrance door and the sliding doors of the room balcony. Both doors are to hard to handle.

I stayed in a balcony room, excellent view of the ocean, walking distance to the ocean, chairs and umbrellas avail at the beach, valet very nice. All staff I encountered were wonderful. The room was quiet and clean, bed was excellent both tub and shower clean and perfect. The kitchenet was also nice to have, there were also some supplies like silver wear and bakeware avail for my use.I loved this hotel and will stay here whenever I visit. Highly recommend.

Really disgusted with the advertisement and the reality of what we paid for the place it advertised for resort with all the amenities spa gym restaurant on-site that is All a lie! Its not a resort the worker's and guests will tell you that along with the locals at other resorts the place is now a Condo you rent the room from an owner the staff was not helpful not friendly unless you speak first they dont tell you anything when arriving about what is really available to you or not they just give you keys and say welcome... this place has no more spa no more restaurant onsite the gym is not open anymore the now once was a resort is now a Hotel suites, they have many issues going on with family ownership drama apparently the two owners of the property cant decide what or who can make decisions so customers experience the brunt end of their drama by suffering from their demise! You cant get room service, there is none anymore there is a beach bar but you cant use it unless youre a member of some club the place is very clean very bland we were extremely bored here was told we could use the Marriott next door for entertainment and food if we wanted! We were very upset that we paid so much for what we had to provide ourselves more of food at the grocery store the place is ran by a management company they have to use a glass table not the actual front desk lobby becauae the president of the hotel wont let them use it stupid! We wont use this place ever again

Overall good. However, indicated to the front desk that my fridge was not working properly. They said engineers were done for the day, but first thing in the morning it would be taken care of. It never happened.

Everything was good I was able to check in early Loved that umbrellas and chairs were available on the beach . The guys working on the set up of the chairs every morning deserve a 5 star !!

We stay just one night, we live in Miami so is only 2 hours drive, the place was nice clean and have everything inside that you need, property it was nice beautiful gardens and beautiful beach the pool as well clean and nice surroundings, they let us check in before time since we arrived early. I recommend this place.
