Our spacious layout and stylish design will immediately put you at ease, while our location in the Cold Springs neighborhood provides easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails, skiing, golfing, restaurants, and shopping. Plus, with room for up to 6 guests and two cars in our garage, you can bring the whole crew!
Inside, you'll find a welcoming open living and dining area with plenty of natural light and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a large fridge with on-demand water and ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, silverware, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. Plus, our breakfast bar and dining table provide plenty of seating for everyone.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a king-size Beautyrest Pressure Smart plus pillowtop mattress with adjustable base and large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with an adjustable base and premium mattress, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with twin-over-full bunks and a pack and play.
Other amenities include smart Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, USB ports in the second bedroom for easy charging, and a coffee bar with a thermal coffee pot, single K-cup brewer, and French press. Plus, our garage provides ample storage space for your skis or mountain bikes.
