About this house rental
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a shower room, cloakroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a non-enclosed rear garden with gravelled area, decking and furniture, along with off-road parking for two. One well behaved dog welcome, for a supplementary £25 charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Note: The Garden House Cottage is adjoined to the main house by a door from the dining zone on one level with mobility-designed back entrance accessible by a ramp for wheelchairs. Note: Off-road parking for 2 cars within the garden and 3 spaces on owner land at the side of the property in Park Avenue

Shop, pub, and beach, 0.3 miles. Travel cot and Highchair available upon request. Sorry no facilities for charging electrical vehicles of any kind. Note: Freedom passes can be used on bus service into Whitstable and Canterbury. Note: The Superior Garden House Cottage is adjoined to the main house by a door from the dining zone on one level with mobility-designed back entrance accessible by a ramp for wheelchairs.
