Awesome!

This is well run establishment! Very efficient, great hospitality. No problems with the check-in, the inn looks amazing, renovated. The inn is always clean, rooms clean, bathroom clean, more than comfortable! I would try book here every time!

N/A. I would like say the negative comments here are not valid. There is a major shopping center that is a less than 30 min. walk, you have an ALDI in between the inn and the shopping center and getting to and from the main city isn’t difficult with Bolt

Gostei de ser perto do aeroporto. Bem limpo e organizado. Banheiro bem novinho e bem funcional. o espaço para comprar algumas coisas como lanches, bebidas. e td com um preço justo.

A cama fazia muito barulho e tinha uns buracos.

Trip review (September 2024)

Great Spanish vibe, clean place , staff is helpful but need to take time they want to help but English is a bit of a problem. (Over all locals have not have the best English but are very helpful). Night/ Day bus stops is near, "tapas" Candy's , ability to use umbrella if need. Available to enter to room 24/7 by code locks. Quite neighborhood , shopping center and groceries store is 15- 30 min walk distance.

Best would recommend use a car, there is free parking and everything is near using car. Otherwise public transport 1 hour all directions , bus usually late or to early 2-5 min, and do not stop if you do not wave hand to him, just plan this in your travel. Check in at 2 pm. The Air Conditioner mechanically works constantly, tap water is filtered and in shower need to bit wait when be warm. Be ready to walk a lot , Madrid is walking city. Metro usually bit crowded (September).

Nice accommodation, very modern and close to the airport

We arrived at almost 3am because our flight was delayed, we entered perfectly to the house with the code that I was given via email but we couldn't enter the room, the code was not working. I phoned the number that was provided by booking and woke up the lady who assisted me perfectly, me and my 3 year old daughter were able to enter the room and get some rest until our next flight. I truly appreciate the lady who assisted me and I am sorry to wake her up at 3am.

Mucho ruido en planta baja

Las instalaciones y facilidad de acceso al.hostal, habitacion y alimentos en maquinas dispensadoras.

Mucho ruido... la habitacion del 1er nivel, no se puede descansar, se escucha cada persona que entra y sale, el ruido de la maquina dispensadora, las conversaciones de los que ingresan al hostal. Terrible ;(

Bien pero muchas decepciones

Al llegar estaba la habitación recién limpia. Nos gustó mucho cómo nos atendió la limpiadora. Además nada más entrar a la casa hay un pequeño hall donde se explica muy bien cómo llegar al centro de Madrid y qué buses y metro coger. Como nos quedamos dos días, nos dieron una tarjeta automática para entrar en la habitación sin código. Además nos limpiaron la habitación cuando lo pedimos.

Hay una máquina expendedora en medio del pasillo de las habitaciones que hace un ruido bestial desde las 8 de la mañana. Como no tengas un sueño profundo, cuenta con madrugar. Se escucha a través de las paredes porque escuchamos roncar a nuestro vecino. Además el baño de la habitación es minúsculo y super estrecho, la almohada prácticamente no hacía su efecto de lo blanda que era. Pero lo peor fue la cama. El colchón era cómodo pero el somier apenas estaba sujetado al suelo. Si te sentabas a los pies de la cama, el colchón se lenvantaba. Y si te tumbabas en la cama de un lado con mucho peso, se levantaba el otro lado. Una odisea si se quiere poner uno solo en un lado, o si pones mucho peso. Horrible. Por cierto, el alojamiento está a 45 minutos del centro de Madrid siguiendo las indicaciones de bus y metro. Y desde el aeropuerto otro tanto o más con transporte público.

Casa Julian was a very good value, and the staff responded quickly to inquiries..

Very clean room, plenty of hot water, within 400m of bus stops, cost less than €6 to travel to/from airport or city center.

My room was across the hall from a vending machine and you can clearly hear every conversation that goes in there, whatever the hour.

El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida

El peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. Necesitaba una habitación para descansar unas horas pero fue imposible. La cama era una colchoneta que estaba sobre unas varillas, super incómoda y ruidosa, la habitación diminuta, el ruido insoportable, se podía escuchar todo lo que hacían los demás huéspedes porque las paredes son muy delgadas. Jamás recomendaría este hotel y siento que perdí mi dinero porque no pude dormir ni un segundo.

Superb

The room was lovely and clean, everything we needed was there. Communication with owners was great and had no problems entering accommodation. Me and my daughter felt very safe. 20 minute walk to the nearest shopping center and less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

It was a little bit further away from places than originally thought, but that was due to not much research on my part.

Decent budget option.

The facility was clean and close to the airport. Booking and getting the info for my room were hassle free and straight forward. Good value option for an overnight stay before an early flight the next day.

Walls are paper thin. I woke up to multiple different groups between 12-6 am. It sounded like all of them were yelling at my door right out front my room. This was borderline acceptable for the price, in my opinion.
