I booked this for my Mum and Dad and they loved it.
It was easy to find in the centre of Bakewell.
The accommodation was lovely and clean and very nicely presented.

Sarah was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast she made was great! The room was exactly what I needed, and in a perfect location for looking around Bakewell town. Having a parking space was also really helpful. Definitely would come here again, and would recommend it to anyone.
N/A, loved everything!

The location, parking available.
Unable to dry hair using the mirror as there are no available sockets within range. Hairdryer nosel was also missing.

I liked that the property had all the essentials needed for my short stay and with a lovely garden.
Where the rooms are located you have to go past the main home of the property, It feels like you are disturbing them every time you go in and out of the property. There is an alleyway leading to the shops but is very dark at nighttime. There are no lights.

The location was perfect - centre of Bakewell - parking on-site. The rooms were sited round beautifully kept gardens. Lovely clean rooms with comfortable bed & enough amenities for a weekend stay.
Wonderful breakfast served at nearby partner B&B.
Coffee machine (without instructions)? - as a tea drinker, a kettle would have been more welcome.
Large windows without sheers or venetian blinds left us a little exposed to other guests passing the room - we had to shut out the sunshine with the blackout curtains/blinds to get privacy.
Luckily we packed a torch, but it was very dark in parts when returning at night - (and it wasn't late - of the 3 pubs we tried to get an evening meal, 1 had a private function, 1 didn't serve food, and The Peacock - where we ate a lovely meal - closed at 10pm)

Location is fantastic.
Breakfast was nicely prepared and great.
Thank you.

This place was everything that we needed, spacious, comfy bed, nice garden, quiet and very, very central.
We will definately be back.
We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment on that.
There is nothing not to like.

Location was excellent for town.
Parking a bonus.
Breakfast lady was a credit to the B&B. Not far to walk.
Rooms are cute and garden view location is nice. Needs updating though, money invested to reflect charge per night.
Far to hot on entering and no windows to gain fresh air, even though two photos of windows looks actually like only one room has a window. Turned heating down to be able to sleep. Ok from then, had to leave door ajar for a bit. Needs net curtain as felt in a fish bowl as folk passing look in.
Decor dated. Carpet in room was very faded, discoloured and stained. Furniture move was evident from impressions and carpet colour.
Rising damp from by bathroom sink.
Discoloured shower screen. Light not working above sink.
Better insulation needed between door to internal ?? Can hear life beyond.

The location is excellent, and the owner and staff could not have been more friendly or more efficient.
The breakfast was excellent too, with a good choice and well presented.
The only small negative would be having to walk a couple of minutes to breakfast if it were raining. Our weather was good, so it was actually a pleasant start to the day.

Location was good
Bed very small for the size of the room, hot water dispenser spurts water out with no warning, no guest information in the room, shower very low pressure and sets off fire alarm if you have a slightly hot shower, staff were no where to be seen, cleanliness not great, limited breakfast menu, not very welcoming at all.

Loved the location, best of both worlds, literally 1 min walk to town, but set back in lovely hidden surroundings. The bed was very comfortable, room was perfect! The lovely breakfast was just few mins down the road. Will definately be back.

Location was ideal, quiet, peaceful, bed was comfy. Had all the amenities.
The picture falling off bathroom wall luckily just missing my husband. Stain on floor immediately when you walked in and the room lighting was very dark.

all very good

Breakfast was excellent, served by friendly waitress.
Ideal location in a little oasis just off the High street
Shower needs more power, that's the only thing

On site gated parking, centrally located in town, but very quiet with beautiful gardens. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast, highly recommended.
No improvements are needed. It's well run, everything works as it should and the people are friendly. It's perfect for couples or larger families could take multiple neighbouring rooms.

Fantastic location in Bakewell - couldn’t ask for better! Rooms were lovely - we asked about a fan and one was put into the room ready for arrival. The accommodation is super clean and all three rooms have their own garden entrance. Bed was comfortable, good selection of amenities in the room including kettle and TV. Breakfast is at another location (sister B&B) a 3 or 4 minute stroll from the property - this was totally fine for us and wasn’t an inconvenience. Lovely breakfast and staff lovely too. Parking on site and very safe.
Nothing - this is an excellent property and delivered exactly what was stated. The price felt slightly high but don’t forget this includes breakfast for 2 people - to dine out for breakfast these days can be quite expensive - if comparing prices need to factor that in.
