This fully furnished apartment is your ideal haven for winding down after a day of Launceston adventures. The ground floor offers secure parking in the double garage. A snug living space on this floor provides a perfect spot for you to unwind privately with a good movie on the smart TV.
The second floor is a masterpiece of design – a spacious kitchen, a chic living and dining area and a balcony where you can fire up the BBQ or simply soak in the view. Each corner of the home is completed with quality furnishings and professional styling.

The Neighborhood
The home is in the heart of Launceston. Launceston is a beautiful city blending both city and country charms, with heritage streetscapes, a slice of urban wilderness and gourmet food and drink available at every turn. We aren’t just biassed, many agree, with Launceston named Australia’s best town to visit in 2022!
Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces.
Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.
Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.
An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse Café and Silo Hotel.

INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Came across this property after finding very little elsewhere. Great value for the area and the size of the house. Perfect for families, everything you would need for a great stay and close to everything in Launceston. The agents were also very quick to respond to anything, even late at night and the late check in was appreciated
