- The natural stone infinity pool heated from May to October
EQUIPMENT et SERVICES OF THE HOUSE
The kitchen has: a fridge-freezer with water, ice cube and crushed ice dispenser, an integrated dishwasher, an oven with pocket door, a latest-generation microwave, induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, etc. All kitchenware and equipment are at your disposal.
Note that the rooms are equipped with fans or fan.

SAFETY
The 6m x 2.80m salt pool has a protection system to standards, however it is not supervised and remains under the full responsibility of the tenant who will have to ensure the supervision of children.
The villa has an alarm system to guarantee you a serene holiday.
Weekly maintenance by an outside company.

Non-smoking indoor area.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties or events are not allowed.
The house might not be suitable for children from 1 year to 10 years old as the staircase does not have railings. If, however, this does not represent a brake for you, they will be welcome.
LOCATION et ENVIRONMENT
Villa Ohana is located in the heights of the Avirons, at an altitude of 490m.
You will have access in 5 minutes by car to the shops of the city center: bakeries, pharmacy, Carrefour Market, greengrocers, the post office, and small restaurants of Les Avirons.
The villa is located 10 minutes from the beautiful black sand beach (secure) of Étang-Salé-les-Bains, and 30 minutes from the western beaches (La Saline, l'Ermitage, Boucan Canot). The location of the villa will allow you to easily and quickly access (less than 15 min) to:
- Route des Tamarins
- the State Forest of Etang-Salé
- 18-hole golf course
- Croc Parc (animal park with Nile crocodiles)
- the bike path
- at the coastal path, the Gouffre, walk, or bike ride
- Akoatys Water Park
- at the Théâtre des sables
- St-Leu, nearby town 20 minutes where you can indulge in the joys of paragliding, visit Kélonia (turtle observatory)
- St. Paul's fairground in 30 minutes, and Saint-Pierre in 15 minutes
- The cirque of Cilaos and the Piton des Neiges, the observatory of Makes and its hiking trails, the volcano
