The staff was extremely nice, they made a tailored breakfast based on what we wanted. The location (village) is a beautiful place, however, remote. Overall, a pleasant stay.
There was no soap and very little of shower gel in the bathroom, but it was easy to buy in the area.

I did not have breakfast,
Room size and spl.toilet was too small to shower it was too congested

It was an spacious apartment and well furnished and equipped.
Plumbing in the toilet was faulty, it wouldn't flush completely.
Change of towels needed to be requested.
Disposal of trash left to guests

The proprietors here were some of the kindest and most hospitable people I have ever met. This was a kind of hospitality that's hard to come by now, where you meet your innkeepers and get to know them a little, enjoy a laugh, and feel the warmth of their care. The place was a traditional, cute old Bavarian style guest house with so much rustic charm. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was super clean. The village was a little hard to get to, but I thought so worth it for the people and the experience. The area was beautiful, and I wished for more time.
Only found it a little difficult to get to, but resolved with a little planning, and they were SO helpful with it, even having their chef drive me in his personal car to the bus station at one point. Anything else I don't think is even worth mentioning. Don't expect five star, go for the adventure, and enjoy the simple and genuine kindness.

Nice family held guestroom. Room was clean and spacious. Tasty breakfast. Hosts were caring and very friendly. Parking is available on the both side of the building.
Bathroom definitely needs maintenance, it was dark extractor fan was working on timer basis which you have to set when you enter it - something I have never seen before.
Toilet wasn't stable on the floor, lol. I wish I had a screwdriver to stabilize it.
The host doesn't provide soap. It looked like they were trying to save money but room itself wan't expensive so shower gel from previous stay helped to get by this one.

Quiet neighborhood. 8 minutes walk to a lake. Beer garden nearby. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff when asked for places to visit. Hearty breakfast, prepared on the spot for you.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was also great.
The rooms are a bit dated, but it complements the traditional German style. Did not bother me at all.

Konrad, the host, is very friendly, we felt very welcomed at the property and he was very helpful in recommending nearby sightseeing activities and even introducing Bavarian culture to us.
Bathroom a bit old, the shower cubicle only had curtain, so sometimes water can spread to whole toilet after showering and wc water was leaking continuously, but the room was clean and working condition, so only minor complaint

Breakfast was very good and well organized in the times of Covid. Products where tasty and fresh from the village. Room was very large and you do not feel crowded. Bathroom was new.

Everything else. Breakfast and staff were all nice
There was a small party downstairs that continued late in the night. It did not seem like a occurrent thing, but if you are a light sleeper, it is worth checking that.

The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. They accommodated my date change and allowed me to check-in at 1700.
There's parking on both sides of the property for easy access to the front door. The room is spacious (single room with balcony). The wifi was great, too.
I have no complaints!
