About this house rental
Private & spacious luxury townhome with modern furniture and views of Beaver Creek Ski Resort and the Eagle River. State of the art kitchen with premium appliances, 4 bedrooms (TV's in each room) including grand master suite with mountain views, 4 bathrooms, patio, balcony and spacious living and dining area. We feature an electric fireplace, 65 inch TV, Sonos speakers and air conditioning. Private pool and hot tub access steps away from the townhome. Families are welcome, our home is stocked with kid friendly items. Lastly, our home is green certified with no carbon emissions.
The bedroom configuration is as follows:
-Master Suite features a King bed with en-suite bathroom
-Guest Suite #1 features a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
-Guest Suite #2 features a Queen bed with shared bathroom
-Guest Suite #3 features a Two Twin bunk beds with shared bathroom
-Office features a pull out Queen bed with shared bathroom
This family and adventure-friendly location at The Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa has direct gondola access to Beaver Creek Resort and walking distance to restaurants, bars, breweries, trails, and more.
Guest access: Entire townhome as well as all Westin hotel amenities.
A couple of details for you to note:
- No pets, no smoking. HOA rules!
- Westin resort fee is $140 per day. That must be paid to the association upon obtaining your resort access key. It is not included as part of your reservation fee.

-Additional parking is available at the Westin (additional fee) and street parking
