This is the perfect location - easy to access transit, lots of great eateries and parks within walking distance. Super clean and comfortable unit. Diana and Toby were awesome communicators and super friendly. Would stay here again.

We had medical appointments for most of our stay and this location was right in the middle of everything! The suite was cozy and comfy! Our children shared a room! My husband is quite tall and the shower was a little tight for him but he made it work! The hosts were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very friendly when we spoke with them! Overall this VRBO was great and I would highly recommend.

The place is awesome, clean, nicely located, and as described! The owners are so thoughtful and created a welcoming atmosphere with easy text communication with them for anything needed! Loved the stay and if I’m in Vancouver again, I will definitely stay here and no where else!!

House was in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean and nicely decorated, bright and does not feel like a basement. Beds including pullout couch were very comfortable, can easily accommodate 4-6 people. Kitchen dishes/appliances well stocked. Located in a great neighbourhood, walking distance to coffee, groceries, restaurants. Easy to drive/transit quickly to downtown and shopping areas on main, broadway, 4th etc. Excellent group accommodations, would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time here. The property is beautiful with four of us. It was a little tight, but we made it work and it was lovely. We walked around the neighborhood into a restaurant or two some days and on other days we would take rideshare further away to explore. The host were very receptive and communicative. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Excellent apartment with regards to cleanliness comfort and heating. Very well stocked with everything and things you wouldn't necessarily expect like water and milk etc in the fridge. We have stayed in many many apartments and I was impressed with how much is offered. We don't have a car so it's a little bit out of the way, although using the buses was very easy. I would have given the property 5 stars but there is no heating in the bathroom which was pretty chilly when we were there. Also extensive information was supplied by email but would have appreciated it a day earlier with regards on how to enter property, as we had no internet until we were already inside!

We visited Vancouver to attend a family wedding and chose this property for its proximity to the event. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel - would consider this location if attending other events in Vancouver.

Visiting our Vancouver resident son from the UK. Stayed a week here and will definitely return to this apartment for our next visit. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable with some lovely homely and practical touches. Well located for most things, a car is useful although Ubers are inexpensive and there are public transport links. Some superb restaurants close by and of course the mountains are everpresent. Diana and Toby were helpful and discrete and their joining instructions gave us some great tips. Thanks to both of you for letting us stay in this great little place.

As advertised, clean, modern and super central. We haven’t spent much time with our family playing “tourist” in Vancouver recently, so decided to stay here. Everything was great and would highly recommend.

Beautiful property and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was provided. Great location and easy access to transit etc. One small issue was the soundproofing between upstairs and down was not great! We heard every footstep above so that was a bit challenging but otherwise was great! I’d bring earplugs next time and it would be perfect😀

I lived in East Vancouver and have been in my share of basement suites, and I can honestly say this is by far the nicest. Toby & Diana have created a beautifully curated space with everything you could need. Beds and linens are top-notch. The kitchen is well-appointed. It was surprisingly quiet and parking was always available right out front. The only quibble I have is the steps leading into the suite are tiny and a bit slick. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at this Vrbo with our adult daughter and son-in-law. It was very easy to check in, and we found the property as described on the web site. It was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. The bedding and linens were more than adequate. There were nice personal touches, like a letterboard sign that welcomed us by name, house slippers, and little snacks. There were also three wireless chargers for phones (one in each bedroom and one in the living area), which was convenient. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The internet was good. We had a TV with apps that allowed us to watch a movie at the house every day after we came in for the evening. The location was convenient, and we never had difficulty getting on-street parking immediately adjacent to the house. The only potential downside is that the ceilings were a bit low. We're all pretty short, so this wasn't an issue for us at all, but if you are over 6' tall, you might have to duck under the ceiling beam in the living space, and the showerhead might be a bit lower than ideal. We would absolutely stay in this place again if we were to return to Vancouver.

Loved staying here for our first trip to Vancouver. Easy access to all parts of town, yummy restaurants within walking/close driving distance, warm and cozy home to come back after a chilly day. Thank you!

very clean accomodations that were close to everything we wanted. we were able to walk to coffee and dining easily and were able to drive to many spots in around 1/2 he or less. we had a great stay in a comfortable home
