The space
My place sleeps 6 people and is perfect for groups who want to be within touching distance of Manchester City Centre, Media City and Old Trafford.
We have an open kitchen living space which makes it a perfect large space to socialise and dine.
In the kitchen, there is everything that you need for your stay including a fridge, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a bunk bed, suitable for adults and children.
The house has one bathroom downstairs and a WC upstairs.

Please be respectful to the neighbours and do not play loud music after 11pm. If the purpose of your stay is to party all hours, then this place is not for you.

House Rules
• To undertake to pay for any losses or damage to the property caused.
• To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay.
• To observe the recycling requirements and recycle as per the recycling instructions
• To remove rubbish from the property at the end of the stay
• To take out the correct bins on collection day if appropriate during the stay. We reserve the right to charge Guests if bins are not taken out or recycling is not adhered to
• To permit the Owners and the Managing Agent reasonable access to the property.
• That a cot will only be occupied by a child aged 24 months or less. The Agent is not responsible for the maintenance of cots. Where cots are requested, the Guest must supply their own linen for the cot.
• Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to neighbours and occupants of adjoining premises.
• Not to be the cause of any noise between 11pm and 7am.
• Not to smoke in the property or any of the public/communal areas associated with it.
• Not to bring any pets to the property.
• To read any safety notices and advice upon arrival in the property.
• Not to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party without prior written approval from the Managing Agent.
• To only use the property strictly for residential purposes.
• Not to use the property for parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the Guest is intending to use the property for such an event, the Guest will be refused entrance and no refunds will offered
• Not to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property.
• Not to light any fires or candles in the property.
• Not to allow any visitors to stay overnight at the property. Only paying guests are allowed.
• In the event of breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to ask the Guest to leave the property immediately and no refunds will be offered.
