About this house rental

This home is exceptional! Located on a premium lot providing space and awesome views to the rear from the SOUTH FACING POOL extended deck. As you enter the home you are greeted by a bright airy family room and dining area which opens up to a stunning kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has some stunning graphite stainless appliances, tiled splashback, pantry and charming breakfast nook with elegant pendant lights. There is also a Butlers pantry/bar area to make entertaining super easy. The King Master suite is on the 1st Floor and has access to the pool and lanai via a French door. There are 2 walk in closets and a large primary bathroom with garden tub, dual sinks and vanity area & separate shower. There is another Queen Master ensuite bedroom on the first floor for convenience and comfort. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and the main part of the house, making this the ideal floor plan for larger groups. There is a large Flex room also on this level for working from home, relaxing in or hosting extra guests. The elegant staircase takes you to the second floor where you will find another Queen bedroom and two further twin room bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are elegantly and tastefully furnished, freshly painted and have neutral carpet. The Pool and Spa can be HEATED at any additional fee and overlooking a retention area makes this outdoor space feel private and spacious. The sparkling pool is perfect for floating around on sunny afternoons or you may choose to relax in the heated spa with a cocktail, perfect after a long day enjoying the nearby attractions such as Disney/Universal/Legoland. There is a covered lanai and seating area, great for enjoying alfresco dining all year round and the home also provides a FREE BBQ grill. This home has been set up with the comfort of guests in mind. There is a well equipped laundry room which leads to a garage that has been equipped as a games room. There are TV's in all bedrooms. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated, guarded community in a slightly elevated spot in Haines City. Parking is available for up two cars on the private drive. A short drive of around 30 minutes will bring you to all of the major theme parks and action. There is ample shopping, dining and medical facilities close by at Posner Park Village. For the golf enthusiasts, there are courses at nearby Reunion, Providence and Ridgewood Lakes.

The only issues was that there no iron, the ironing board was broken. Also there was no wash cloths i had go out ti purchase some for my family

The house was beautiful. The neighbors did say we were being loud and threatening to “call the sheriff “, mind you it was just kids playing pool in the garage/game room laughing at 9:30pm. I was advised to ask when “quiet hours are” to which the security said there aren’t any, and I let her know it’s my kids laughing, and she said we’re ok. Additionally the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and the grounds that were in the coffee machine were molded. They offered to send house keeping, which is great, but we decided to purchase a cheap coffee machine. Overall a great stay, big house. Just STRICT. We felt like we couldn’t even talk for fear of people complaining of disturbance. There were several other properties with kiddos laughing and playing and swimming on the other properties, and we could hear them, but we didn’t mind. It was disappointing to be on vacation and feel like we had to whisper.

Absolutely gorgeous home. As described. We decided to travel to both sides of Florida during our visit to see Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach. Our family enjoyed the game room and my children (4, 6, and 14) loved the pool and were in it every day. Walmart and Winn Dixie are close by for shopping as well as plenty of restaurants if you're not up to cooking.

Overall great place to stay with large group. Beds were comfortable they had pretty much everything you need. Gave neighborhood a four due to HOA. This was my first stay at a house in HOA community. A little strict for my liking. Host was awesome answered right away and was very helpful.

Property and space was perfect for scrapbooking. Only down size was the pool was not working due to weather issues outside the control of the property manager.

This home accommodated our group of 6 adults very comfortably. Well laid out, lots of room to gather together or find some quiet time. Pool area offers both sun and shade and is very private. We would return.

We had a wedding to attend and wanted a house big enough for the entire family of 10. Every couple had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and game room.

Great place if you want everyone to have their own space, esp bathrooms.Highly recommend paying the extra to heat the pool. The crib was perfect for our needs. Property Manager was readily available with questions. Gated neighborhood was nice but hard to get out of because the area was very busy. Would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family trip. We took our five grandchildren (ages 6 months to 5 years) and parents to nearby Lego Land and Peppa Pig Park this past week. The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Fun game room and play room for the kids. Very nice heated and kid friendly pool and spa. Pet friendly so our two small dogs were able to enjoy being around the kids as well. Nice gated neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to any larger group. The kids were sad to leave. The adults too.

Property is in a gated community approximately 30 min from Disney and less than a mile from Southern Dunes golf course. We took advantage of the pool, grill, and nearby golf course for a great get away weekend.

We had rented this place because we were having a family reunion with everyone for the first time in a couple of years. The house was very convenient and was very clean. Since we had 4 kids that were 2 years old, the child safety fence around the pool was a big selling point for our family. It was an excellent value and we will be renting it again in the future.
