It's hard not to love a hotel room that comes with a hot tub fed by hot springs. Reasonably-priced.

冷氣因為是中央空調的關係,直對風口的床會超級冷

Odd European-furnished SPA hotel on the second floor of a block.
Very good breakfast.
Not yet sure about the SPA bathtub - nice to have it but wouldn't book just because of that.
Property is more expensive than many in Taipei, but service doesn't feel premium.

Location.
1) Tiny hotel lobby, horribly slow lift. It takes ard 50seconds to get from level 1 to 3.
2) Cleanliness and hygiene were bad. Sheets smelt of someone's sweat. Floor carpet smelt of urine. Bed made had duvet touching the grimy floor.
3) Design is old fashioned, walls are very thin so u can hear all ur neighbours every word.
4) Shower water pressure was fab but hot water flow was inconsistent.

Lovely rooms with nice hot spring baths. Also conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shops.
Hard to tell what type of room you’ll get - other people in my group got vastly different types of rooms (all of them have hot spring amenities tho)

Location wise and free breakfast. We also enjoyed using the bathtub with natural hot spring water in it. We will definitely come back
A bit small but definitely tolerable

The resort is near to the new beitou station with surrounding eateries and stores. Walkable distance to the beitou market in the morning. Staff is helpful and breakfast is decent too.
For the price, is value for money and seriously can't fault on anything.

very good location. the staffs are nice and friendly. room is clean
build-in hot spring facility is good
Hotel looks old. only 1 room keys per room, it is not convenient if persons stay in same room going out separately.
Breakfast is not very good, the supplied quantity sometime looks not enough
4.5
Location was perfect (close to the park and historic sites, shops and convenience stores), staff was friendly, bilingual, and professional, room was cleaned every day, free breakfast was just right, laundry facility was available, and we got to stay in the Sakura room with onsen water, ofuro and sauna -- a very nice alternative to our earlier planned Japan side trip. Oh, I forgot to mention all the wonderful (with certificates of authenticity) paintings and other works of art in the hallways.
This is not a complaint. Our daughter came with my wife and I on our trip to Beitou, but the Sakura room was essentially a two-person room. There was a sofa aside from the king-sized bed but the sofa was not the kind that folded into an extra bed. The hotel wanted to bring another bed in but we thought the room would have been too cramped. Anyway, we appreciated the hotel staff's help and kindness.

staffs are very responsive and enthusiastic in helping guests, which is an added mark
facility is really old but marginally acceptable

The location was perfect, the hotel is really close to Xinbeitou MRT station. And it has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the hotspring bath. We booked the Japanese suite, it was big!
The hotel and room had a funky smell, which is caused by the mineral water. Although, you get used to it really quickly. The room at first sight looked very cozy, the bathroom could use a good scrub.
Overall, our stay was pleasant until nightfall arrived. We barely slept because of mice or rats in our bedroom ceiling. We could hear them running around, peeping and scratching through the shafts. It didn't stop until we punched the ceiling, but it started all over again after a couple of hours. Because of this we have to give the hotel a low rating.

the room was very big for the 4 of us. we booked the 65m square room. it was very comfortable and with the hot spring tub and sauna in the room.
it’s a bit old.

Its really near Xinbeitou station.. i like the hot spring tub in the room, very convenient
Outdated style, i feel like the room was not squeaky clean.. like the carpet feels dirty to me

Great Hot Spring Hotel with themed rooms. A hotspring bathtub in your room is awesome. Clean rooms and friendly service. The breakfast could be better, but the room makes it more than up. Perfect place for a relaxing day. I can highly recommend!
Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Hotelrooms are a bit older.

very convenient to all
no bedei to wash when pooh, cold water only on lavatory

This hotel provides good quality hot springs and the opportunity to see the original painting of Picasso.
Furthermore, we were also satisfied with the breakfast they served.
Their valet cannot park the manual car so we had to do it ourselves which is fine but there is no elevator access from the basement directly to our floor.
