About this house rental
Cozy home in Bjoa with WiFi
Beautiful cottage situated on a great vantage point overlooking the Bjoafjord and Klosterfjord.
The cottage is modernly furnished with good seating furniture and light, soft colors. Through the large windows a lot of daylight falls into the house and you can enjoy the view over the beautiful surroundings. The cottage has three beautiful terraces where you can enjoy the view from morning to night.
The walk down to the fjord with a beautiful jetty and good swimming opportunities for a refreshing swim is short. The fjord invites you to try your fishing luck from the shore and from the boat. There are also excellent opportunities to try the exciting salmon fishing in Etneelva and Vikedalselva. If you want to go hiking, there are excellent opportunities to do so both in the lowlands and in the mountains. The Bjoa and Gråhogjo cultural trail at 740 meters above sea level is the highest point between Bjoa and Ølensvåg and offers spectacular views over the fjord landscape. Otherwise it is only a short drive to Etne with stores, restaurants, sports facilities and cinema. The cottage is ideally located for trips to popular destinations in Rogaland and Hordaland. For day trips, it is recommended to take the scenic routes in Ryfylke, with steep mountains and waterfalls plunging into the fjord. Take a trip to Åkrafjord with Langfossen, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world! Otherwise, Kvinnherad with Baroni Rosendal 1665, Folgefonn Center and the beginning of Hardangerfjord are only a short ferry ride away. Other cities such as Haugesund and Karmøy and the small towns of Skudeneshavn and Åkrahamn can be reached on nice day trips.
