There is a wealth of wildlife in the immediate vicinity, including moose, deer and roe deer. A shy lynx also lives in the area, but is rarely seen. There is also a jetty near the holiday property where you can hire a boat and a place to fillet fish. There are good fishing conditions in the area. If you would like to smoke the fish you catch, there is a smoker available. The area also offers many great hiking trails if you want to go hiking on holiday.
