The property was great value, the breakfast exceptional and the team very friendly. This hotel is outstanding
The room was a little dark but honestly that’s probably me being picky. I was bowled over with how impressed I was

Good location friendly and efficient front desk breakfast Good with good selection of quality items
Only 1 electrical socket in room

The breakfast was good, and the location very convenient. The bathroom was very big! Rooms were spacious.
We missed having a table for two inside the room (a room for 4), so that the kids could sit and draw/read/play. Or a sofa. Besides a lonely chair, the only places to sit down were the beds.
4.0
A room under the roof, the room height so low, near to impossible to walk without hitting your head. No door to toilet and shower.
4.0
Easy access to Rennes city centre. Facilities were great - clean and modern.

Nice location, the room was clean.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
The stairway for the 4th floor is too dangerous to climb with heavy suitcases. This should be advised to guests prior to arrival.

the location was good. it was warm and I had my own heater at room
the room was really small under the roof even I could not walk. the bathroom was for a person with 150 cm height! for 110 euros per night it’s not reasonable at all!

Everything was good. The room is ver small but cosy and clean.

Friendly staff
Nearby access to the metro and main attractions
Supermarket is right in front in case if need anything
Room was super hot. No fan or A/C.
Coolness was totally dependent on the air flow coming from the window.
For the same price, you can get a hotel with at least a table fan in Paris.

Nice rooms and well presented hotel.
Staff friendly and helpful
Breakfast was lovely.
No parking. I realise we were aware but we couldn't find a space for the free period so had to pay overnight. Really inflates the cost of staying by anoutm£20.

Good location close to the center of Rennes. Not so difficult street parking around the hotel, very friendly staff.
Rooms were tiny and breakfast was served also in a very small hall which was full and you had to wait for tables to be freed

The people at the reception and all other staff were great. Always a smile and ready to help.

The Hotel is minimalistic. They managed to do a lot with a tiny space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although everyone thing there is tight, it still manages to be confortable. And I am 1,87m tall, I know what I am talking about. It is near to the old city and many nice Creperies. And just on the other side of the street you can hang out with locals in a nice bar.
Nothing to complain about

Nice and elegant breakfast
Warm receptionist to us, Asians
Clean room and equipments
without airconditioning, though it is reasonable with low priced hotel
very noisy with people walking nearby til midnight

The location was good. Only a 5-10 minute
walk to the old town.
The family room was huge with a really
comfortable large bed.
It would have been good to have air con in the
room as it was hot. There were no tea / coffee
facilities in the room.

excellent location and clean and quiet rooms
it would be nice to have a fan in the room as the rooms
are not air conditioned.

we lost a computer notebook in our locked room and there was little support from the hotel to get it back. Until today, it remains „lost“

Good breakfast, convenient location
Room was smaller than expected and very dark with the only window facing inner courtyard.
