excellent location nice accommodation would definitely use again

we were self catering, there were plenty of places to get something to eat if you did not make it yourself

some information in the room on room facilities, no instruction for washing machine, no information on change of bedding and towels

Ideal for those who like to sleep with the sound of waves.

Everything was good, the location was excellent. The elevator leads to the beach.

*WARNING*WORST DISGUSTING PLACE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

NOTHING, worst experience ever! I have been traveling for a year and have stayed in over 30 hotels through booking.. This is the first absolutely horrible one ever!! Disgusting

*WARNING*HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! Everything was disgusting and wrong! Nothing like the description or photos! Tiny, no privacy. The balcony is so tiny can hardly fit two people. No privacy from the room next door. You can hear the people cough next door! Filthy, mold in the shower on the walls, the kitchen is so nasty, no way I would cook it eat anything there. Mismatched dishes/utensils, drawers barely open. NO oven as stated in the description, but refused to give out money back to stay elsewhere! I don't know how it has good reviews! We left and stayed at a beautiful home with a private pool for what it cost here! Sea breeze villa's ... Go there! No comparison. No parking either, and was told it is not a safe place to bed at night. Trash everywhere and on the beach. Bugs too! The worst experience ever. Owners refused to refund money even though it did not have an oven as listed and was not acceptable for the cost as all! Owners stopped responding and refused to work with Booking too! Don't waste your money please.

A rather dissapointing feeling considering the price charged for January !!

The aircondition was very slow the bath tab water took ages to vacate ( bath room needs renovation and detailed cleaning) inside kitchen cupboards are old - outside looks good ! broom / mop/ hanging cloths stand all need replacement they ate old and rotten

I really liked the proximity to the sea, which is the big (and unfortunately only) advantage of the accommodation.

The accommodation is showing its age and needs to be modernized. Very simple decor with plastic furniture. The outdoor units of the air conditioning were very annoying - it was not possible to fall asleep when the neighbor had the air conditioning running.

I need to say location is one of the best you can have just on the beach , and beach down is just paradise It was very easy and good communication with owner ….. I definitely going to stay there again 😍

Great location! ocean view, walking distance to various coffee shops and Finikudes (down town Larnaca)

parking was a little bit challenging on the weekends, elevator was tight in space (in need of an update)

it was a great vacation in a great location.However, I think that price policy should be reviewed.

It is a perfect location in the city, especially in case you came to chill and relax! We absolutely love it.

it is a bit overpriced, since all furniture, bed lingerie and apartment is really old.

Comfortable long weekend

Very good location for my purpose. Calm at night, seaview. Everything you needed was there. Also good Wfi and AC, fridge, kitchen and little balkony. It was clean and sufficient towels etc in place. My plane arrived before official check in and i was allowed to do an early check in.

You could not really lock the door, that was unusual to me, but everything ok. In my opinion it was a little overprized, regarding the state of equipment/furniture.

Beautiful sea-side vacation

Good mid-level apartment, worth every cent I paid for. Location - I like this place. Far from crowded center, in fact, directly on the beach. Straight exit to the beach from the ground floor. There are small supermarket and restaurants near about. Room - spacy enough; fridge, wash machine, oven, microwave, iron - present. There a enough kitchen utensil ,glasses, etc. Comfortable bad, balcony with small table, two chairs and magnificent view :-) Hosts are friendly, ready to help and reacts quickly. Special thanks for early check in. We spent very good time. Thank you to the host. Evidently, I recommend this property.

Broken elevator just short time prior to departure. But it was an early morning, I understand it was impossible to arrange an instant repair. The only important thing is a poor wi-fi

Nice!

Location - close to airport, first line seaside.

It would be nice if there were some kind of lowered curtains on the balcony - you can't be there in the morning - direct rays of the sun.

Excellent location, fabulous view and straight on the beach from the studio. Recommend it highly.

Lacked some basic items - chopping board, serrated or sharp knife, mixing bowl/salad bowl, mixing spoon frying pan, any serving dishes etc Also shower head not suited to cradle as only sent water horizontally . None a big deal but would have made a real difference to our stay. Also nothing already there no salt or pepper - real basics always welcome!

The Location is perfect!! Right on the beach..

The bed was uncomfartable, they could have had 4 pillows. They only had 2 which were not comfortable at all, badly furnished. And keep in mind that if you are coming at a late time have at least a bottle of water with you because there is nothing at the flat.

Neglected studios, very basic

Directly on the beach. Walking distance to old town.

The building is out of date, dirty stair case and elevator. You are charged an extra fee if you exceed utility cost but you don't know what is the limit. The room needs some refurbishment, some of the furniture is garden furniture, the bed is likean army bed. The laundry hanger was rusty. It should be offered and priced as a very basic option.

Exceptional

Localisation - 15 min from Airport. You can see landing aircrafts but with no noise. View - beach and sea. Perfect. Windsurfing center and spot is 5 min. by walk. City center - 20 min by walk. Those walks were pure pleasure. A coffee shop serving perfect coffy, fresh Orange juce, and breakfast sandwiches as well as th best shisha in the evenings is just on the ground floor. Fully recommend.

Amazing place at the seafront

It was very good experience of nice stay just near the sea and with many places of interest in the vicinity. The staff was always online even though I neve saw them. Very recommended for a couple or solo to stay.

One of my best experinces. Everything was fine.
