The house was beautiful and the owners were lovely! Was a bit odd to stay at someone's home address but didn't take us long to get comfortable. There were some cute snacks left for us and the bed was lovely.

The only thing that could've made this perfection was if the room had a lock on it. Just to feel more secure in the house as you are staying at someone's home address it can feel a little odd and for safety reasons would've been preferable for us. Other than that is was spot on!

The host is friendly and welcoming but not intrusive . The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with an enormous bathroom, large bath and shower. The property was all I had hoped for and more. The best nights sleep, for years, in a super bed. The location close enough to get into York, especially the nearby park and ride, is a frequent, cheap and quick journey into the centre.

Very friendly hosts, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and fast wifi. Perfect for what I needed. The little jug of fresh milk in the mornings for the coffee was a lovely touch.

Beautiful double room and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Drink facilities n even a little snack selection. Great communication with host regarding directions and access. 20 minute drive into York centre and 10 minutes from York maze.

I liked the way Claire the host made us feel we can come and go as we please had own key and she was so flexible with time we could book in.
