We cancelled our booking, when we found the pool was not available, it was agreed by the hotel, however I am still awaiting for acknowledgment for a refund, after contacting yourselves on numerous occasions!!!

The fact that you have not acknowledged or attempted to reimburse my money. The hotel was not as advertised, the pool was not available for use, one of the two filters we used on your search engine to find the accommodation.

Excellence

Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable, good quiet location. We were traveling with bicycles - the place offers a lot of room to store your bicycles securely. If you are in the sports mood they have a lot of facilities some even overlooking the village. The food we tried was delicious made with very good quality products. Will definitely visit again. The reception girl was very kind and polite… so it was all very good :)

Great little Hotel to get away from the busy city. Amazing staff and food, newly renovated sauna and lovely mountains close by for a hike. Go for a weekend!

Very comfortable

Very nice hotel surrounded by beautiful forests and waterfalls. Very helpful staff and a good restaurant. Ample parking and steady WIFI. Very quiet in the evenings so a great nights sleep guaranteed! The town is a short walk and has lovely little shops and cafes. All feels very safe and homely.

Fantastic place great value for the money, would definitely stay again.

The hotel is superb set in a forest on a mountain side its really a must stay place.

Nothing I did'nt like about the place, the tricky party is the roads are a little rough on the last half mile before the property.

Perfect choice for nature lovers!

Exactly as on the pictures! We really liked the quietness and we could hear the river from our room, which was absolutely amazing. The staff was really helpful and were doing their best to accommodate us. We only asked about the WiFi signal which was weak and they immediately called a internet guy to fix it! Totally recommend to everyone who appreciates nature, loves quiet, beautiful mountain location. 10/10!

The hotel and staff were great, the roof sun terrace with the hotub was great as was the view.

The hotel is in the woods, very quiet and one off the best places I have stayed.you must go there and see it for your self.

The road upto the hotel is gravel needs to be fixed apart from that nothing

Fantastic location, great food, amazing for a quiet getaway in the mountains

Beautiful location, right in the middle of the forest which was a life-saver given the hot summer temperatures. There's a trail starting 100m or so away from the hotel if you feel like hiking. The pool was clean and refreshingly cold, the restaurant's food was absolutely amazing and the staff was great. We would definitely recommend to friends!

The road leading from the village to the complex might be difficult to drive unless you have a jeep or a sturdy car.

The hotel is beautiful, in the middle of nature and has all facilities that you need. The restaurant is very good, delicious food and good size portions. We had a very pleasent stay.

Located in a quiet mountainous area 30 min away from the Greek border. The walk in the area was beautiful and undisturbed.

There was live music on Saturday night and it was really loud in the room.
