A great Villa that could have been an excellent villa with the right furniture and small extras that we all wanted

Very spacious close to town and beach . Great bedrooms comfortable great design for 8 people loved the extra tablets for dishwasher and washing g up with cloths and sugar and coffee was just amazing

Not enough sun beds for 8 people not enough seating in the lounge or kitchen stools could’ve done with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds . Tiles by swimming pool loose . In bedrooms no dressing table to put our stuff on (make up ,perfume etc) not very private when in pool everyone could see us in the pool. Unsure how safe leaving the villa at night was. The gate swung open in the wind leaving us vulnerable

Πήγαμε στο σπίτι στις 16:00 το απόγευμα για να παραλάβουμε το κλειδί. Η κοπέλα η οποία ήταν υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα του σπιτιού μας είπε ότι το σπίτι είναι πολύ βρώμικο και θα μπορέσουμε να το παραλάβουμε στις 19:00 το βράδυ. Φύγαμε, και επιστρέψαμε στις 19:00 το βράδυ όμως ακόμη το σπίτι δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Μετά από συζήτηση που είχαμε με την κοπέλα παραλάβαμε το σπίτι στις 20:00 το βράδυ σε άθλια κατάσταση. Στο πάτωμα ήταν πετάμενα διάφορα confetti, τα τζάμια ήταν βρώμικα, δεν υπήρχε χαρτί στις τουαλέτες, αλλά ούτε πετσέτες στα μπάνια και στην κουζίνα. Η κουρτίνες στα δωμάτια ήταν σχεδόν κάτω στο πάτωμα. Το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν η κατάσταση της πισίνας. Η πισίνα είχε χρώμα πράσινο, ήταν πολύ θολή και βρώμικη. Δεν μπορέσαμε να την χρησιμοποιήσουμε γιατί η εταιρεία που έχει το σπίτι δεν μπορούσε να βρει κάποιων για να καθαρίσει την πισίνα. Ακόμη η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικά δύσκολη γιατί δεν υπάρχει 24ώρη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Όταν καταφέραμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί τους η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν απαράδεκτη.

Poor experience for the money paid

The villa could be great if only it would be managed and taken care of properly. It's cozy and reasonably well located. There's a nice asian restaurant and a decent supermarket nearby.

Unfortunately, the cons outweighed the pros. The villa is extremely poorly equipped; be prepared to buy absolutely everything for your visit, including essentials like toilet paper, soap, or dishwasher tablets. The outdoor BBQ grill does not match the one in the photos; it is cheap and barely usable, and there are no grill utensils provided. Cooking might be problematic as the only pan available is terribly scratched, so you may need to purchase your own to prepare meals. The hairdryer is not working at all, and the iron is barely functional. The water heater does not provide enough hot water for six people, even when left on for an extended period before showering. Additionally, the villa was poorly cleaned; we found trash lying around in the bathrooms, and some of the plates were dirty. The neighborhood is still under development and may feel sketchy at times; we didn't feel safe going out in the evenings. Moreover, there's a lack of privacy both outside and inside unless you're willing to spend time with the blinds closed. To add to our disappointment, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Even those in the group who are not typically light sleepers found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, we had a poor experience for the money paid.

אחלה מקום, השאר לא נחמד כל כך

מקום שקט ונוח בריכה גדולה ויפה לא שומעים רעש מחדרים אחרי הרבה אמבטיות ושרותים מטבח גדול

הוילות מאוד קרובות אז אין פרטיות בבריכה במקום לא היה מספיק נייר טואלט או שקיות אשפה וכאשר פניתי למקופ האירוח אמרו לי לך תקנה לבד

Im gesamten hat uns der Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr schön einge

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, da man zu Fuß viele Cafés und Restaurants erreichen kann und auch ein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist. Das es 3 große, schöne und moderne Bäder gibt hat uns sehr gefallen und es hat sogar auch eine Regendusche. Der Balkon und der Pool sind auch ein besonderes Merkmal des Hauses.

Die Ausstattung in dem Haus ist sehr minimalistisch. Es gab in der Küche nur 2 Töpfe, 1 Pfanne und billiges Besteck. Auch gab es keine Schüsseln oder ähnliches. Auch Klopapier und Spülmaschinentabs waren nicht vorhanden, genauso wie Salz, Pfeffer und Öl musste alles selber besorgt werden. Solche Dinge sind unserer Meinung nach Pflicht in meinem Haus, wenn man zum Urlaub machen kommt.

Nice villa but no privacy

Spacious newly built villa, very nicely decorated, fresh & very clean :)

Absolutely no privacy by the pool or even inside the house, only way to not be seen by ppl walking by was to keep the blackout curtains shut. Only 1 of the 4 beds in the house had a decent mattress. The neighbourhood didn’t feel unsafe BUT we saw suspicious activities going around in the area so would highly recommend to double check every window and door if going away from the house at nights.. :)

Nice villa near to beach and amenities

Very clean and spacious. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants. Playground next door for the kids.

There was no basics available at the property including no soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands, no dishwasher tablets, no basic things such as salt and pepper, oil, etc. so if you wanted to use the facilities then you had to buy everything. This meant that cooking any meals involved buying everything. While some washing up liquid was provided a few dishwasher tablets should have been provided (at least one for each day). Having to buy soap for the toilets is frankly ridiculous. This should be addressed. Providing some simple basics that every guest would want is the minimum of that should be there.

This property exceeded our expectations!

Everything about this property was amazing. Ergonomic spaces, spotless clean, on-time communication and fully equipped kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms made our weekend as comfortable as it could get. Georgia, the host , made sure everything was in order and her politeness and care was really satisfying.

Due to the fact that the villas are adjacent to each other it does not provide adequate privacy. Especially if there are families with young kids next to your villa. Otherwise it is nice and quiet. Would not recommend for parties and "loud" gatherings. It is stated in the terms and conditions anyhow.

לא נחזור לשם וממליצים לאף אחד לא להתקרב לשם

מקום עם הרבה פוטנציאל אם היה קצת יותר תשומת לב לאורחים

הגענו למקום, המיטות לא היו מסודרות, נאלצנו לשים עצמאית סדינים, לא היו שמיכות והיה קר עד כדי כך שלא יכולנו להרדם, הגענו עם שתי תינוקות , הזמנו ושילמנו עבור 2 מיטות תינוק והיתה רק מיטת תינוק 1 בבית. תינוק בן חצי שנה נאלץ לישון על ערמת מגבות בלבד מכוסה במגבות כי גם אין שמיכות, למחרת בבוקר הגיעה מנקה (לא עדכנו אותה שתאריך הצ'ק אין היה יום קודם) ודאגה להביא לנו 2 שמיכות ועוד לול, היות והיינו 4 זוגות ביקשנו עוד שתי שמיכות (עד כאן לילה ראשון 4 זוגות ושתי תינוקות ללא שמיכות בכלל, לילה קר ללא שינה) לילה שני שתי שמיכות (רק שתי זוגות שממשיך להיות להם קר) ובלילה השלישי קיבלנו הפתעה, עוד שמיכה :-) רק זוג אחד שקר לו בלילה

Overall it was an amazing experience. I’d love to return next year provided that the air conditions will be fixed

It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The outdoor area with the pool was very pretty. Also, the location was great and easy to find.

Despite booking a four-bedroom accommodation, one of the bedrooms had a broken air conditioner (observed to emit warm air instead of the expected cool temperature). Sleeping in that room was unbearable so we had to move the mattress to another room to sleep comfortably.

Exceptional

The villa looks brand new, It's beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. The pool is so clean and clear, also bigger than most private pools.

It was a little hard to find because the adress doesn't come up on waze it kept sending me to Giorgiou Drosini 31 instead of 28.
