Great long weekend

Nice stay - clean efficiency type of condo. Bed was comfortable, nice size kitchen, comfortable chairs/couch. Bathroom was small but serviceable. Easy/nice walk to the gulf up and down a few steps. Front desk was very nice. Would definitely stay again

Location is “next door” to cinnamon shores with lots of retail, coffee shop, pizza and Lisabella’s. Beach access is literally steps outside condo lobby with showers to wash sand just outside building entrance. Building is dated but seems to be maintained fairly well. Pool was clean but signs posted said “hot tub closed until further notice”. Complimentary coffee bar was minimal and over run with gnats (located on first floor). Our condo was cute but balcony faced pool, not beach view. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking. No ice maker—only trays. Closet full of extra pillows, etc so literally no room to hang clothes or store a bag. Mattress was very worn out, lumpy and soft. Despite some of the small things we did not like, having such close beach access and retail a short beach walk away balanced everything out. We had a great time and would stay here again but book a beach view.

My granddaughters room was horrible

Room was very nice and the beach access was a plus. Had booked for a 3 night stay but had to leave a day early due, as we were not able to sleep at night. Each night starting around dark we keep hearing a scratching noise in the ceiling above our bed. We were thinking rats and the noise was irritating enough were we could not sleep. the scratching usually stopped around 3-4 in the am. Due to being unable to sleep we checked out early and complained to the desk person as to the reason. She stated that the noise was not rats but that the person in the room above us had a small dog the we probably heard his nails on the tile floor when he was walking around late at night. Not sure I believe that and would have like to have been compensated for our discomfort.

The room was perfect for two sisters. It overlooked the pool and had patio access. The beach access was incredible....literally, on rhe beach. The staff at Casa Condominiums was informative, friendly, and accommodating. I plan to return.

Horrible place with poor customer service.
We get to the 3rd floor and are greeted with an unpleasant smell and literally someone's whole beach setup; blown out umbrella, sandy shoes, and well used chairs blocking the path to the rest of the floor. This repeated each day. As we walk by the unit we hear yelling and screaming and just move on.
We get to the room and that's where the problems start: there's sand and layers of dirt all over the floor. Then we see that the kitchen and dining surfaces have banana chips, crumbs, and layers dirt pretty much everywhere. We open the "closet" and don't see any drawers or any place to hang clothes. There's cleaning supplies that apparently we'll need to use....
We look for other options but nothing is available so we're stuck in sandy/dirt-ville for the weekend. Lots of cleaning to make thins comfortable. The place needs a management change ASAP.

This was a beautiful, updated condominium that had a great view of the front of the property and pool area. We stayed in room 307. It was a small, quaint room with a king sized bed, small bathroom, dining area, and kitchen. It was perfect for me and my spouse. We had a lovely stay, and the staff was even better. They were kind, accommodating, patient, and so incredibly helpful. We enjoyed everything from the pool, to the beach, and the room itself. We went out and enjoyed activities during the day, dinner in the evening, and snacks and television in the room at night. The bathroom donned so many amenities that if you forgot anything, you were covered. We enjoyed our time at Casa Condominiums so much that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again!

No community of where to find the key card being that we arrived late that evening. Would have loved internet but could not find with password if internet was available. There was trash in hallway and near elevator. Eh it was ok I guess. Room was very nice and comfortable. It was just communication with whom ever called asking us about our arrival.
