The home was perfect for our family visit to New England. The house was very comfortable and inviting. Check in and check out was easy as could be. Would come again

The house was clean and had everything we needed (coffee, laundry, etc.). My 3 year old very much enjoyed the play set/yard and the toys that were provided. Would highly recommend for families.

House was as described in the online listing. My parents, spouse, and sister + her husband stayed for a weekend wedding. My brother's 2 year old stopped by and loved the swing set and large backyard. Grill access was also very convenient for a summer stay. Very cute, quiet neighborhood.
One thing I would recommend to the owner is to add a second mirror to the bathroom on the second floor. Not a big deal, but for six people prepping for a wedding it would have been nice to have another mirror in that bathroom. And would be nicer aesthetically.
Overall great space! Would stay again if in the area.

This is a really nice property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood - great back yard as well, with a little swingset. It was very convenient to Rts 1 and 4, accessible to lots of activities and the picturesque town of Wickford (with a great ice cream place!). All family members enjoyed our stay!

After having not been to RI in a few years, I found myself needing to be there for the second time in 2 months! I knew exactly where I wanted to stay for the long weekend. I had stayed at Mary Kate’s home in August with 2 friends from California and we all really did feel like we were home. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the house is clean with 3 comfortable bedrooms (the family members with me for this stay said they’d never slept on more comfortable mattresses!), 2 full bathrooms upstairs (master is ensuite) and a 1/2 bath downstairs, spacious kitchen/family room area, and an entry/sitting room area. And…it is only a couple minutes drive to Rtes. 1 and 4 - from which everything in RI is accessible! Stay at Mary Kate’s place, you’ll love it!!!

this house was wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood close to Newport and other great beaches

We were 3 older women (two in 60s, one in 80s) spending some "reminiscing" time in RI for just a few days. Mary's home is a fairly new addition to the VRBO listings. Her home is very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet! It's a very short drive from the house to Rtes. 1 and 4, getting you to anywhere in RI from there. There are at least 2 grocery stores not far away, as well as restaurants, beaches and other attractions. I would return to Mary's place anytime without hesitation!!! She was also very responsive and very friendly. It was a wonderful stay!!!!
