About this apartment rental

Welcome to Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania! This comfortable 2nd floor apartment layout is cozy whether you are by yourself or in town with a family. It has an eat in kitchen for enjoying takeout or preparing a meal yourself. Each bedroom comfortably fits 2 people for sleeping. With ROKU on the TV you have an instant entertainment center. Wake up to free hot coffee prepared in the Keurig coffee maker.

This unique small town on the Main Line offers tons of amenities on its own, all within walking distance; 3 coffee shops, the Bryn Mawr movie theatre, over a dozen restaurants and bars, a post office and the Bryn Mawr train station. Being a hearty college town, you have great access to academia. Of course, the area is rich in the nation's history. Take quick day trip to Valley Forge or a train ride to Philadelphia's historic district to see the Liberty Bell.

There are 3 bedrooms. Two of them have queen sized beds and the other has 2 single beds with a large desk so the room can double as an office space. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare meals on the stove or in the oven, save leftovers in the refrigerator and clean up the dishes in the dishwasher. There is a Living Room with a large ROKU TV and a separate Dining Room with a table that comfortably fits 6.

The main train station is just 3 blocks away, and the bus stops at the opposite end of the block. Uber is always available too.

Dave was a real pleasure to work with and his place was clean and well stocked. The location was good, shops and restaurants relatively close and an Acme grocery store a block away. The Bryn Mawr station is only a few blocks away. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks

My kid had a two week program at Bryn Mawr College, so we stayed at Dave’s apartment. It was very clean and convenient. We loved the Roku, as we were able to continue watching using our own apps. It was a comfortable, spacious apartment in a great central location. It was our first time visiting Bryn Mawr/Haverford/Ardmore and we loved it. Thank you!
