Please be aware that the property comprises two separate rentals, both sharing access to the parking area, garden, gazebo, grill, and pond.
Additionally, it is important to note that there are exterior cameras installed on the premises. However, rest assured that these cameras are not positioned in a manner that would record the interior of the home. Your privacy within the house is fully respected.
*This home is a pet friendly property. The cleaning fee includes a pet fee by default. If you are not traveling with a pet, please inform us, and we will remove the pet fee after you book. *If you plan to bring a pet, kindly note that there is a maximum of one dog with a weight limit of 30lbs as per the owner's policy.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
