This brand new home built in 2023 is a hidden gem nestled on a fresh water lake in a newly developed gated subdivision in Carrabelle. For all the beach lovers, this property is located 1-2 miles from the beautiful Carrabelle beach. If sport fishing is your passion, you are less than a mile to the Carrabelle marina. The home has lake access via a boardwalk and dock where you can paddle board, canoe, kayak, and fish. Enjoy the inground community pool or just sit back and take in nature. Watch deer, eagles, and birds off the back patio. This little secret has something for everyone! Had a small hiccup when we got there but the property manager/owner was prompt in getting someone out to address the issue. The only thing I would say needs attention would be the pool that had tons of debris on the bottom and we stayed week and never saw anyone come to clean it. Other then that it was a really nice property real close to town.

We enjoyed this beautiful, clean, new home on the lake. It was very quiet. It has everything you need. So handy to have the laundry on the second floor. There is no grill, but the property mgr brought us a little one to use. The neighborhood has a pool, and we used it every day. We will definitely rent this house again.
