(Up to 15 plus up to 2 infants is what I'd recommend comfortably, so 17 total)
***You won't find beds stuffed into every nook and cranny of this home (and NO bunkbeds!) because there doesn't need to be! 5 large spacious bedrooms with space for large groups of friends and family! *** And no one will need to sleep in the open common areas either. Bring your aunts, uncles, cousins, plus the Grand's, there is room for everyone! Very unique floorplan puts 3 guestrooms in one wing with a shared bathroom and both primary suites have their own wings on opposite ends of the home! (Think "T" shaped)
5 minutes to Indian Rocks beach, yet this beautiful 1 acre spacious estate will make you feel serene and secluded while visiting this gorgeous residence in much sought-after Indian Springs Estates! This is the best of both worlds!

*This large vacation home boasting a sprawling 2900+ sf of living area with gorgeous details
*Private HEATED pool (solar and/or propane, depending upon outside temperature), with screened lanai, which drastically reduces mosquitos! (Hot tub and pool heat provided at NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO GUESTS!!! Please understand that there are limitations depending upon outside temperatures. Hot tub is available no matter how cold it gets!!!!!)
*Poolside half bath and outdoor shower
*Updated gourmet granite kitchen with 6 gas burners and double ovens
*2 Primary Suites on opposite ends of the house, both with updated on-suite bathrooms (Both VERY private from each other and other 3 guest rooms) Each primary suite has 2 twin size rollaway beds.
*5 total bedrooms and 3.5 baths (plus a handy outdoor pool shower!)
*Olhausen pool table and plenty of games and activities for the entire family.
*Private one acre yard. Room to run.
*Beach wagon and all the fun stuff you'll need for a day at the beach. (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie board, etc.)
Indian Springs Estates is a small, quaint, private community along the Intracoastal Waterway and just minutes from the beach. This residence can accommodate up to 15 overnight guests with ample parking. A short drive will give you easy access to Clearwater Beach, Madiera Beach, Johns Pass, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, or Fort DeSoto and more. This location is unbeatable and just waiting to be your Florida dream vacation home away from home!

This would financially cover unforeseeable events (i.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellation, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family etc.). Refunds for a guest's inability to fulfill the reservation will be issued in accord with our firm cancellation policy.
*In the event a guest wants to cancel a reservation and is asking for a full/partial refund for events that would have been covered by trip insurance, we will refer them back to this where we strongly suggested the purchase of trip insurance.

If you have questions on any of the rules and regulations, just ask in advance.
