This house is located on a quiet and peaceful street. It's set between two 18 hole golf courses in a fantastic location and only 7 minutes from the medical district, grocery stores, restaurants and 10 minutes from the night life of downtown Amarillo.

Great location and easy to get anywhere. There is a large driveway and a two car garage for parking.

You are staying on the north side of town. You are within 7 minutes of the hospitals and medical district, 5 minutes from several restaurants and grocery stores and only 40 minutes away from Palo Duro Canyon.

The house also has a whole house water softener as well has a whole house water filter for a spa like showering and bathing experience.
