Very Spacious (3000 sq ft) – Large Lot – Great Lake
Enjoy this newly furnished (2021) cottage, only 2.5 hours from Toronto and 2 hours from Ottawa. It is very spacious and extremely bright with many windows facing the lake. Indoors, the modern kitchen is part of an open concept plan that flow to a dining room and a living room (with a big screen TV).
The dining area will seat 8 people comfortably (more chairs can be added if needed). The modern, large kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make yourself feel at home and enjoy your stay. The lower level offers another living area with an air-tight stove and an opening to the water (as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer)
The outdoor area has a large deck with propane BBQ and patio furniture for your outdoor dining and relaxation. The large grassy front yard is flat for outdoor activities and easy water access via a sandy beach with 2 docks. There is a fire pit with Muskoka chairs for relaxing and having a true cottage experience. There are also outdoor games/toys (bocce ball, frisbee, kayaks).
Don’t forget to bring your fishing rods, bait and license; Lake Mazinaw is known for its exceptional fishing.
For indoor activities, there’s an assortment of board games, puzzles, books, DVD movies for all ages, Netflix and much more.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
10 + parking spots
BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity (can be exchanged at a Shell gas station 3 km south of the cottage)
Very gentle sloping property – perfect to children and the elderly
Waterfront: approx. 140 ft
Good swimming: gradual water entry with sandy bottom
The walk-in entry to the water is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues
2 docks – dock is around 4 ft deep at the end of the dock – great for children
Dock is large enough to hold up to a 24” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
The lake is the 7th deepest lake in all of Ontario (including the Great Lakes) which offers amazing fishing / water sports etc.
Kayaks: 2 adult and 1 children’s
Badminton, bocce ball, frisbee, fishing rods
