This property was just right for my husband and me for a 4-day getaway. The house is charming, and Kathy had thought of everything we might need (and more!). It's a short walk into town to restaurants/shops or a walk along the waterfront, and a short drive to the beach on Plum Island. Excellent in every way!

This small house is absolute perfect for a couple and it’s in a super convenient spot. Right across from Bartlett Mall and Frog Pond. Easy to walk into town and the rail trail. Close to everything. Kathleen thought of everything you might need for your stay and she was very responsive to our questions. Everything in the house is nicely updated, super clean and nicely appointed!

We stayed with the host last year and enjoyed our stay so much that we came back again this year. Our kids love walking down to some of the nearby playgrounds, the great ice cream, and all the nearby day trips the area has to offer. Go pick flowers and blueberries at cider hill, or take a fiahing charter out of one of rhe nearby ports. House is clean and described well in the listing. Host is responsive and has helped us enjoy both of our stays very much.
