Our family was delighted to find this beautiful house to use as home-base while in Laconia for a Celebration of Life. Family members came from the East and West Coast and in between. It was important to have a large enough space that we could all gather together to visit and eat, but also have space enough for folks to have time for themselves as needed. The Main Event was a perfect fit!
The home was immaculate and well-maintained. The common area rooms are spacious and have lots of seating space. The option to sit outside, both on the front porch and in the back yard, was an additional bonus. The large brand new propane grill enabled us to prepare a frajita buffet for our whole group. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, two ovens, coffee pots and a variety of cooking tools.
The management group was quick to respond to inquiries and to address the one problem we brought to their attention. They also took care of another problem that we had not even noticed yet!
Highly recommend this home for large groups that want to be together but also know that some folks might need time for themselves!
