Clean and quaint. On-site washer/dryer, TVs in every room. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Location was kind of close to downtown; still a 30-45 minute walk to get downtown.
Needed extra linens; even though we're in FL, there was a cold front that weekend and temps dropped into the 40s at night!

I liked that the inside of the house was updated.
During my stay here the water turned brown. I assumed it was something with the waterline. However, the toilet water turned brown, the shower water was brown, the water in the sinks turned brown. I reported this to the property. After dealing with brown water for 2 days of my stay on the third day a really loud buzzer started going off. I also reported this to the property. The buzzer was the septic tank light. We were told to evacuate the property at 7pm one night and no other property was available to transfer to. I was traveling with dogs and with it being so late and dog fees at most places being $125/per dog/per night I wasn’t able to go book a hotel. So, after being told to evacuate I had to drive back through the night to Asheville, NC. Which was an 8 hour drive. I didn’t get home until 5am the following morning. Then when the property manager called they offered 20% towards another hotel room. This was after another staff member told me I’d be completely reimbursed for the stay since there was hair everywhere when we got there, the dish washer didn’t work the entire time, and last but certainly not least - the sewage water my family and I used for several days. This was hands down the worst rental I’ve ever been in. The night I was told to evacuate they gave me the relocation team number - I was hung up on twice then waited nearly 2 hours to get a call back. DO NOT STAY HERE. The agent I spoke to prior to check in and during the stay was great. He told me I’d get a refund and was very quick to respond. Everybody else after though refused to acknowledge the hazardous conditions of this property.

Unbelievably clean and fully renovated. We staid with our parents and baby and the open concept/fully equipped kitchen is a plus. Location is super close to historic downtown and neighborhood is humble, safe, and very quiet during night. We literally just heard train passing by a couple of times during night but nothing to worry about.
It was a putty we couldn’t use the barbecue grill outside and the shade on the windows are mild. Nothing that made us worry about.

I received the message with the code to open the door
It took us a while to open the door …didn’t understand how the lock would work. And no instructions were provided..Also the code was pretty long to remember 😃

It was beautiful inside, and I loved the layout.
The beds were meant for a family with kids so the slats that held up the mattress didn’t look sturdy enough for one of our members so he slept on the couch as a precaution. The neighborhood looked a bit rough but we didn’t have any problems .

The house was very clean and spacious
The rug didn’t have any grip in the living room and my grandfather fell, the beds in the bedroom kept falling through because the boards wouldn’t stay on, the door came off the track on the laundry room but goes back on then pops off again

Just perfect in every sense. Super clean. Details. Simple to access. Organized. They take care of details. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It's worth the 10 min drive to St Augustine.
The place smelled like cheap chemical air purifier when we came in, so we had to open all windows and doors to take that smell out. But I have let them know and by now they probably stopped using it because they seem super professional and caring.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure! Super clean and the location was great, a short drive to the main attractions. Definitely highly recommended!
