About this apartment rental
This peaceful guest suite with a private entrance has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen and big windows with room darkening blinds make it a bright and welcoming place to relax. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the 60" UHD TV, or gather around the electric fireplace with your loved ones. Located just minutes away from the highway 401 and close to Mississauga and Brampton. Our guest suite is the perfect home away from home.
The space:
Our guest suite is a spacious and private two bedroom unit located in the legal basement of our home. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with standing showers, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric oven/stove, toaster, and dishwasher for your convenience. The suite has a private side entrance and large windows, making it bright and welcoming.
The suite is conveniently located near shopping plazas, including grocery stores, gas stations, medical and dental clinics, and public transit, all of which are within walking distance.
We are centrally located and just a short drive from the Highway 401, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville... We hope you'll choose to stay with us and enjoy all that our beautiful city has to offer.
Guest access:
The entrance to the guest suite is located at the right side of the residence, you will walk past the front door of the residence and past the fenced backyard gate in order to gain access to the guest suite entrance door. Private outdoor patio seating and a designated outdoor smoking area.
Other things to note
We hope you'll have a wonderful stay in our guest suite and make yourself at home. However, we do ask that you please be respectful of the property, surroundings, and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and maintaining a clean, friendly, and peaceful environment. Smoking and burning candles or incense inside the suite is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the property.
Our guest suite has free parking on the street, but please ensure that your vehicle(s) are parked following city parking signs.
As a reminder, guests are limited to a total of one large garbage size bag per week as per city garbage collection limits. Please dispose of all your garbage in the bins provided near the guest suite entrance door in a timely fashion and prior to your checkout. Do not accumulate or leave behind your garbage bags inside the guest suite and do not use the white towels or sheets to wipe dirty shoes or remove makeup as this will stain the fabrics permanently, doing so will result in an additional deep clean fee or fabric replacement fee. The basic cleaning fee included with this listing is for sanitizing and re-preparation of the suite back to its condition as you received upon arrival and does not include any deep cleaning fees such as anything requiring specialized cleaning services.
