This is a DUPLEX, it didn't say that at time of booking. Furniture is completely different and very cheaply made. The chairs for kitchen look like end tables. Very little dishes oh and bring a can opener it was broke and we had one that cut themselves because of the can opener and had to get 5 stitches. The tub was absolutely GROSS the people that clean these suck. Its very outdated and just paint thrown over stuff in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small, we stayed 6 days and had 3 different sets of people next to us. First night ZERO sleep because they was partying. The pool is very small the grass wasn't mowed. The mowers showed up at 7am on like the 3rd day. They didn't know the code to get into back yard we didn't either. Camera sets directly on pool which is odd to me. The fire pit was unusable as it had so much garbage in it including broken lighters and the back yard porch lights was burn out. Overall definitely NOT worth the money. The last set of people next to us said the same thing. He has done the bare minimum to get by.

It was conveniently located between Savannah and Tybee Island, with a 15-minute drive to either location. I chose this home because it said it had a fenced in back yard. I have a dog and I always choose the property that has a fenced in yard so she can play without having to be on a leash. Once I saw the house location. I noticed that 1) It was a duplex (which the listing did not mention, and 2) The side that I was staying on was not fully fenced. It went straight out to the neighbor's yard and the road. I was already very upset because I paid for a fenced in yard. I could have gone to another place, and it would have been cheaper and nicer. 3)The property management team was not pleasant to speak with. I explained the situation and they told me there was nothing they could do and gave me an email address to send my complaint to. I did that twice and never heard anything back. I spoke directly to VRBO, and they told me I must speak to the property management company. It was an endless circle. When we arrived at the house, there were several furniture pieces that did not match the pictures. There was hair all over my sheets. I ended up purchasing a new bedding set to sleep on. There were remnants of dead bugs on the bathroom walls. The only bathroom door barely shut. The yard was a mess. The grill was in bad condition. It was a disappointing rental. I did not reach out to the property management about these issues because it seemed pointless to try again.

Overall great experience. Wish the dining room table and chairs were more sturdy. Location is great, lots of things to do within short drives.

We use short term rentals alot when we travel so while the property itself was fine even though it didn't match the pictures online it was clean, quiet and easy to get to. My issue with this rental was the management company. They were extremely slow to send check in and check out instructions.

15 minutes from River Street or Tybee Island. Also is just a couple minutes down the street from Kroger Publix and Walgreens. Hidden gem for sure.
