Important Information:

-Renters must be over 25 years of age.
-Rental agreement required after booking.

-New development so there is construction, extra dust, and construction noise during daytime hour
-Garbage is to be taken to the dumpsters located at the beginning of the development. You will need to take a short drive to the dumpster.
-There is a ring doorbell, outside, on the front entrance.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels (if you have time). You just need to start the washing machine.

Please be aware that there is currently some construction occurring in this development as they add more amenities and homes. There may be some daytime construction noise, the parking spots have not been marked yet although there is plenty of parking in front of the home.
