Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr modern eingerichtet. Zwei Pools und zwei Bereichen. Lage direkt am Hotel mit leckerer Kaffe/Cocktailbar. Großer Balkon. Anlage sehr gepflegt. Vermieter ist sehr bemüht.

Wenn man Pech hat können Mitbewohner laut sein. Mehr Ausstattung für die Küche.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation and staff, I recommend!

The owner who accommodated us was very very nice, helpful in all ways, he advised us, he helped us, there was absolutely no problem with returning the deposit. The cleaning lady in our villa was fantastic, very nice, smiling, helpful and had a very pleasant energy. The entire villa was divided into so-called 2 halves, each with 4 separate rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace with a pool. The villa was wonderfully equipped, on the ground floor there was a huge living room with a kitchen, through which you could walk outside to a beautiful terrace, where there were pools, sunbeds, tables and chairs, everything was beautifully arranged, clean and modern. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking. There was also a TV in the living room. Then there were 2 rooms on the first floor and 2 more rooms on the second floor. Our room had a view on the villa area, it was spacious, clean, modern, had a TV and air conditioning, the bathroom was also beautiful and spacious and we had a very large balcony with 2 sunbeds. The main purpose of our stay was to visit the Zrce festival and Zrce beach, which was about 3-4 km from the accommodation, which was a little further, but it was easy to get there by car, taxi and bus. The nearest beach was about 1 km from the accommodation. The overall impression of the accommodation and the entire stay is amazing, I recommend it and we will definitely be happy to come back here again. Thank you very much!

Super price/quality ratio

Fantastic place to enjoy Novalja, a little bit far from the center, but you can enjoy a great pool and the people we met were quite and friendly. A perfect place to meet people and to have all the comforts you need

The kitchen was big. It was nice spending the time there when it was empty. They gave us late checkout. It was clean

There is a shared area that includes kitchen and living room. The owners were there almost the whole time. We couldnt sleep because their kid was playing video games very loudly. They are practically renting rooms inside of the house they use. Also the google maps location is completly wrong and the owners didnt state that so we wasted almost 1 hour trying to find the apartment

Overally really Nice But in need of some finishing touches to be a 100%

We really liked that the property was new. Really Nice Pools. A/C unit was a big plus. Big terrace in every room also great. The overall vibe of the place was spectacular. We really appreciated the heads up from the owner About workers having to finish some stuff on the terrace that they didnt just invade our room.

Main problem we had was that the owner was in the shared part almost the whole time which was kinda uncomfortable. I would say that the property is more suitable to be hooked as a whole villa not just a room
