great location in a quiet neighborhood. close proximity to all the golf courses and casinos. the house was well decorated and accommodations made us feel like home. we had an issue with the keypad to the front door. however, our host Melissa was very responsive and was able to resolve the problem in no time.

The pictures do not do this house justice. The yard is small BUT the whole place is great. The only issue we had was an empty propane tank when we tried to grill some burgers and brats. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes we needed. The bathrooms has plenty of towels, wash clothes and soap. The beds were comfortable. And being able to park in the garage was a very nice perk.

I booked this place because of the 5 star rating and the price was attractive. I think we just had some bad luck from the beginning. I asked for an early check in but was denied because it was previously occupied and they need time to clean. The host said he. Would notify me when the house was ready. I never received a message so we checked in at 4. When we got in the house it wasn’t cleaned from the previous renters. I called the host and she was very apologetic and said the cleaners were near by. We had to go kill some time while the room was being cleaned. The host did however reimburse us $150 for our inconvenience which was nice of her. One day later our guest were staying in the guest room and discovered blood on their bedding sheets which wasnt their blood. I contacted the host and told her that I suspect the cleaners made the bed without changing the sheets. She assured me that the cleaners bagged the used sheets. I’m suspicious because if those sheets were washed, there wouldn’t be any blood on them. There was also a used bath towel hanging on the door. The master closet is locked so you need to use the hallway closet to hang your clothes. The beds seemed like were doubles not queens. The house is nice inside and the location is great for golfers. The communication between the host and the cleaners may need reviewing.

Stayed a few nights to play in a golf tournament. House was nearby the course; very convenient. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was calm and quiet but the houses are so close together we heard neighbors talking when they were on their patio. This is not a place to have noisy events! Spacious garage was nice but no clickers to open garage from the vehicle. The Primary bedroom closet is locked off leaving no convenient closet to hang clothes. We used the entry closet; closest to the Primary. Solid rental, great value!

My wife and I stayed here with another couple for a golf (guys) and spa (gals) weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. All of our activities were within a ten minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Had a fun time riding our Razor in the desert. Great place to come back and hang out afterwards. We didn’t use it; but there is a great outdoor kitchen and table if you wanted to BBQ.

The house was clean and private. Wonderful neighborhood and really easy to find. It had everything we needed and enjoyed using the grill, kids loved the putting green and all the amenities we needed.

We loved staying here! We had a football tournament for our 3 boys and it was the perfect place — it was spacious, cozy and very clean. We went to book it again for another tournament we have coming up, but we are so sad it's already booked. Host was very kind and super responsive. This will definitely be the first place we look at when we stay in Mesquite.
