About this house rental
Enjoy all Missoula has to offer with a short walk to the Hip Strip shops and restaurants. From there you can walk down to the river or over the Bear Tracks Bridge to downtown. This quiet neighborhood is lined with large old trees and is great for walking around and checking out the University of Montana Campus. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open concept living on the main level with plenty of natural light and space to spread out. As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge. With our smartlock we offer contactless check-in. However, we are happy to interact with our guests as much as they like. We love Missoula and everything it has to offer so we enjoy sharing our favorite spots and local tips! Just south of the Clark Fork River at the base of Mt. Sentinel lies Missoula’s University district, a residential enclave of tree-lined streets, historic craftsman homes, and small but well-tended yards. The University District is also home to a broad mix of families, young professionals, and retirees, and boasts some of the finest amenities in town. The river trail system to the north, the famous “M” trail on Mt. Sentinel to the east, and the University Golf Course to the south are among the most beloved recreation spots in town. The University District is one of Missoula’s crown jewels. With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers. over 2,300 sq ft. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Updated home while keeping the beautiful, original craftsman woodworking. Very walkable to many places nearby including downtown. Mountainline is a free city bus with stops nearby as well.
