This recently renovated home provides a cozy and convenient single-level living experience. Upon entering, you'll immediately appreciate the abundant natural light that generates a pleasant and welcoming ambiance. Included are three queen beds and one king bed. A quiet neighborhood and large fenced in backyard makes for a calm, comfortable, and convenient stay. This home also offers easy access to local schools, shopping, and dining options. We offer the convenience of self-check-in, but we are always just a few minutes away if you need anything!

OUTDOOR LIVING: You can take pleasure in the expansive outdoor space provided by the large yard, complete with a firepit and a patio set. The backyard is fully fenced and offers ample space for outdoor activities and entertaining. Whether you enjoy barbecuing, or simply relaxing in the sun, you'll find everything you need right here.

INDOOR LIVING: As you step inside, you'll notice plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our home has a Fast Wi-Fi, 50-inches smart TV's, an 8-person dining table, kitchen island w/ eating for 4, PAC-Man Arcade and wide selection of board games.

GAMES: Wide selection of board games such as chess, playing cards, cornhole boards, Pac-Man arcade game that is multiplayer and many more!

KITCHEN: The functional kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample storage space, making meal preparation a breeze. Fully equipped, stainless-steel appliances, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Coffee machine with coffee.

PARKING: Free parking on premises.

GENERAL: All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious. Washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating.

Cleanliness is our highest priority! In between each group we mop all floors, vacuum all carpets, scrub all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, replace the shower liners, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and make sure everything is back in its place before our new guests arrive.

- For dogs: We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.
- We do not allow cats.
- If bringing a pet, pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment or you can pay through the listing platform.

Reminder: Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours 8am-5pm.

Cancellation policy:

We offer free cancellation or 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests are REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

Other House Rules:

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the

neighbors and other tenants in the building.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If

there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6 If bringing a pet:

6.1 We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.

6.2 A pet fee of $75 per is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the deposit.

6.3 DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH

6.4 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)

6.5 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.

7. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

8. For noise complaints:

8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.

8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

9. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission.

10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:

1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes and please put them on drying rack before leaving.

Note:

* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
