About this villa rental
This area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches of the region, as well as a good choice of excellent restaurants to taste the local cuisine.
The villa is on a private road in a peaceful area, there is a pedestrian gate that leads to the main entrance after walking a few steps; the house develops on three levels that are connected also by an internal lift.
As soon as you enter you will find a spacious living room with dining area, fitted with luxury furniture, sofas, a generous wooden dining table, flat screen Sat TV, large sliding glass doors that gives onto the first terrace, equipped with lounging seats and external table with chairs where you can enjoy delicious meals or sip a drink.
The living room also features a piano, a Bose music sound system and WiFi.
The same floor is also home to the open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all useful appliances to selfcater.
On this level, there is also a service bathroom.
On the firstfloor there are 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, two of them have access to a second large terrace equipped with Jacuzzi and boasting a stunning sea view.
On this level, there is a further terrace where is a pizza oven, barbecue and an outdoor kitchen which makes this place perfect for al fresco dining.
On the third floor are found 3 more double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, two of these bedrooms have access to a lovely terrace overlooking the amazing blue sea.
The private pool is located on the above terrace, which is provided with an outdoor shower, while on the last above terrace is located a very large solarium equipped with sun beds, and from here you will enjoy a gorgeous view over the bay of Nerano.

Rental rules
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
The minimum stay is 7 nights starting on Saturdays
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Check-in after 9:00pm: € 50
The guests are responsible for the proper and decent behavior of his/her party.
The refundable security deposit is 1.500 and has to be pre- paid before arrival.
City tax: € 3,00 per person, per day
Baby cot: € 50
