About this villa rental
Villa Olivia is a gorgeous property located in one of the most beautiful spots in Positano, with magnificent views over the sea.
The villa measures 300 m2, it consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. It has 3 living areas with dining facilities and sofas, a large and well equipped kitchen, and 3 dining tables with chairs set on the marvelous outdoor terrace, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious al fresco meals admiring the enchanting view.
The whole villa is characterized by a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, and it is tastefully decorated with stylish furniture.
The bedrooms have been conceived to high standards of comfort.
In detail, there are 3 double Suites with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The twinbedded room is on the attic, where you will find the ceilings to be not very high (2 meters from the floor).
Outdoor Villa Olivia boasts a fabulous and wide terrace equipped with dining tables with chairs for al fresco dining, as well as several sitting areas provided with sunbeds.
Last but not least, the breathtaking view over Marina Grande, Li Galli islets and Positano.
Neighborhood and transport:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

Rental Rules:
A 50% deposit has to be paid at time of booking. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival date. Check in time from 16:00 check out by 10:00 am.
Refundable damage deposit: € 500, to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damages.
Minimum stay: 5 nights; Changeover day: Flexible.
Cleaning every other day included; change of linens and towels every three days for weekly stays.
For security reasons: in case of bookings that include children, we kindly ask guests to provide their age at the time of the booking. Please note that the walls that surround part of the outdoor terrace, built of stone which is typical of this area, are not very high therefore it is advisable that adults supervise young children at all times when they are outside.
Extra cost to be paid upon arrival:
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Cleaning fee: € 180,00
Important notice:
An extra is due if the kitchen is left to be done after dinner. The price is € 15,00 per hour of cleaning.
