This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Updated Manasota Key Island home that sleeps 8 features captivating upgrades throughout and is situated on a double lot and perfectly ideal for indoor and outdoor living entertainment. Walking into the home you will find yourself directly in the main living space that is complete with light-colored ceramic tile, white plantation double panel shutters, and beachy furnishings and décor. Through the living room, you will come across a dinette space that is opened to the galley kitchen. The kitchen is a pleasant place to spend as it is fully equipped with new cabinetry giving optimal storage space, stone countertops, and a stainless steel sink with at window looking out to the backyard oasis. The home is a split bedroom floor plan with an owner suite that includes, a walk-in closet, and updated en-suite bathroom, and a slider doors connecting to the Florida room. Located on the opposite side of the home the guest room is also complete with 2 queen beds, plantation shutters, and slider doors that connect to the large Florida room and an additional bathroom. The Florida room has walls of windows that give you a full view of the fully fenced backyard. The air-conditioner in the Florida room is a portable unit which makes it the perfect place to host, gather and socialize at any time of the day with a sleeper sofa! Stepping outside you will want to embrace the fresh Florida air as you sit and relax around the fire pit. Lush and tropical landscaping outlines the backyard giving you a more private feel. The Salt Water pool area is caged and includes an ample lounge space with multiple lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. With a short walk you will find shops, and plenty of dining options along with a public beach access on Meredith Drive. You can check endless sunsets off your bucket list with this home.

The home was beautiful and the location was prime being that it was a short walk to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants. We did run into a few minor issues that were a bit of an inconvenience. First the AC was not properly cooling and we had to call and get an AC company to come fix the issue. The house did not properly cool unit the second night. We also noticed the refrigerator was not very cold either. Next, the water in the bathtub only had temperatures of Hot and scorching hot. There was no cooler water temp. Also, the dryer door would not stay shut, we had to wedge a stroller up against the door to keep it shut. Besides that we did manage to have a great vacation, and we loved the pool. My family also loved the fact that there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas provided. There were also two bikes available, which was a pleasant surprise because it wasn't listed. Overall I would rate the house/location 4 star, but the inconveniences caused me to rate it 3 stars. We hope to return and see that all has been taken care of.
