Decent value option for work stay

Friendly staff, Mr. Farroukh the Manager was very helpful; Firoz the young Concierge had great ideas

Location was excellent - shopping areas 10-15mins by rikshaw (which the concierge organised); airport shuttel service worked very well. We were met at the airport and the journey to the hotel took about 30minutes. Very quiet location and safe to walk around, Gulshan lake just across the road where you can walk around for exercise! Breakfast had good choice of Bengali and Continetal dishes, good service from the Breakfast Staff every morning; egg station manned very well. Room service food ordered was surprisingly good. Additional help organising car with chauffeur for day trips (extra cost but all the drivers and cars were good so well worth it). Rooms had AC with comfortable beds and were quiet. There is a lift to higher floors from reception.

The hot water took some time to get warm for showers (we worked out that you had to leave the tap on for at least 5 minutes before it got warm enough but this was not really a problem just patience being tested). However, if the shower head was placed on its hook on the wall the water would seep over the edge of the bath tub and out onto the floor. We acted on this by not hanging shower head on the wall or facing it down into the bath tub instead- used lots of towels on the floor to soak up the extra water!

Good hotel along with professional staff.

Very welcoming staff.My family and Irish friend Paul kernan were happy with their service. Breakfast food was top notch.Highly recommend.

My stay on 25 Dec to 28 dec 2022.

I stay there 25 Dec 2022 to 28 Dec.2022. It was neat and clean in a good location. Staff are very friendly. For request of illish fish in reception they informed me one guy who also work on that hotel..He was very friendly and brought testy fish for us with a good packing.

In breakfast all 3 days menu is very similar, Tea is not so good, Dal for luchi is not good in taste. In night we find some mosquito in room.

PLEASANT 8 DAYS BUSINESS STAY

The Hotel is simple but has everything needed for a pleasant business stay. The corner room I had was spacious. The bathroom amenities were refilled every day.

There was no view from the window. Just a wall. There is no plug to reccharge the phone near the bed. The service in the restaurant was very slow, expecially in the evening.

Had 6 diners at hotel restaurant. Disappointed by the irregular quality of the meals. Not enough local specialities. Had as well 6 good breakfasts.

Nice place for a stay in Dhaka

Nice place. It was comfortable with a reasonable sized room. The breakfast was very good. It's in a great location in Gulshan.

Disappointing

staff service attitude is good

disappointed with the quietness of the room. The noise of generator was very loud. Requested to change the room, however, still the same. only the last night i stay a bit quiet.

Superb

Food was great - we had breakfast and lunch/room service. The sky lounge and roof terrace was perfect for the workshop we were hosting. The coffee shop was great, a much needed excellent cappuccino!
