It was clean, bed was comfortable
Should have been listed as an airbnb, not a hotel. It is just a flat. No reception. Instructions for checking in were no sent to me until day of check in. No wifi, so I couldn’t call an uber the next day. Horrible location as it’s in the middle of an industrial park. I had to walk to terminal 4, luckily I ran across a shuttle that took me to the airport. A very stressful situation And it was $180 for a night!

Showers need bleaching and bottled water needs to be put in the fridge. Floors were dirty.

Nothing. It was trashy, dirty, and inconvenient.
Getting out of there and not staying for our booking. The parking lot was filled with trash, the carpet was dirty, and checking in was near impossible. Would not have the word hotel in the description.

J’ai réservé cet hôtel je me suis trompé j’ai voulu annuler ils m’ont dit que c’était impossible d’annuler donc j’ai payé 170 € pour rien
Impossible de me faire rembourser je trouve ça inadmissible

Location: This charming apartment is located in a quiet area . While the area is peaceful, there is a bus stop nearby for easy access to public transport.
Quietness: The apartment itself was very quiet. I hardly heard any noise from the street, and the building seemed well-maintained.
Security: The building has a secure entrance with a combination numbers.
Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless upon arrival. The linens and towels were fresh and high-quality, and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled.
Overall: This was a wonderful experience! The location was convenient, the apartment was quiet and secure, and everything was perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

They were left on the window of a car. I felt greatlty insecured in the facilities and I think security was poorly managed.
It is a scam. They sell a to be located in a place that is 15 minutes away by taxi. It is actually located in a dodgy place. Electricty did not work.

Clean towels all soaps an toothpaste requirements on hand.
No milk. Left overs left in fridge from previous visitor.

Nothing.
Because I was arriving late in the evening and catching an early morning flight, I chose this place because it appeared to be at LHR T3, and I paid £156.37 accordingly. However, in contrast to what the title, "London Heathrow Airport Apartment Voyager house terminal 12345" suggests, it is not in Heathrow Airport, either at Terminal 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, but rather a 5-mile taxi-ride away in Feltham. On the day of my stay, the seller sent me by WhatsApp seven barely coherent text messages and two videos telling me to collect a key-fob to the apartment block from a car in the car-park, taped to the wing-mirror, with directions to the room. He advised me that the block residents were not helpful, from which I concluded that the seller is subletting a residential apartment. I did not use the apartment but instead slept on the floor of LHR T3, saving myself the cost and waiting-time of two taxi rides and the risk of the key-fob not being there when I got there. I am now pursuing recovery of my £156.37.

Some food was available for breakfast and it was comfortable
The booking implied it was nearer to our terminal at Heathrow. We had to pay £85 in taxi fares to get there and back ☹️

Owner helped with taxi booking on departure.
Not well located for restaurants. Also the property name is different from the name on booking.com. Taxi driver had difficulty finding it.
