This location was perfect. We stayed here as a home base as we moved our child into college. The condo was clean and quiet. We were able to cook and do laundry which is a huge bonus. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and the neighbors were friendly.

For the most part is was fine the unit needed to be sweep it had sand on the floor no broom for us to sweep it was like that from day one we would not stay again because of the golf course was woke up by golfers or someone cutting grass and the unit above we could here them sound like a herd of elephants in the morning when they woke up

Myself, my 7 year-old son and my mother enjoyed our one week stay at the condo. Overall, this place could have been better if the company that managed it would have done a better job. The one thing that I give the management company poor marks for is the complete lack of information on the location of the pool. The condo is in a large development with multiple phases/areas. Our condo was located in the V. Verde East part. To begin with, the management company's check-in instructions were sent from an email address that does not relate to the VRBO listing, so I had to search in my email inbox for a few minutes before I found it. Secondly, the coffee maker had never been cleaned and was very gross. The worst part was that I had to google where the pool was located. The google result for the pool was about a 10 minute walk from the condo, and the pool was not the best. It was located in the shade and was cold. However, on day 5 of our 7 day stay, I called the management company to see if there was another pool. Low and behold, the pool for the condo was actually super close and much nicer than the other pool. The twin beds in the second bedroom were pretty awful and there was no dresser or anything to put clothes in. All in all, I would say this place is OK. Be prepared to be underwhelmed..
