We are taking your 30A experience to the next level by providing you with five beach cruisers to explore the area in style. Pedal your way to Seaside in just 3 minutes. There, you will discover a vibrant array of restaurants and shops, guaranteeing endless entertainment and culinary delights.
The main living space of the home is located on the second floor with a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. There is seating for four at the kitchen island and five out on the screened in porch - you will have plenty of room for family and friends to gather, chat, and enjoy delicious meals. And of course, we have got stainless steel appliances that add a touch of elegance and functionality to this fabulous space. Now, here is a feature that will surely make a splash—the stand-alone ice maker. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is cozy with a couch that comfortably seats four. It is the perfect setup for movie nights, game days, or simply lounging around and enjoying each others company. The shared full bathroom serves both the living room and two of the bedrooms, offering convenience for all. You will find a tub-shower combo and a single sink. Two queen bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat for a good nights sleep, while a king bedroom takes luxury to the next level. The king bedroom even comes with its very own en suite including a tiled glass walk-in shower and a single sink. The third floor loft hosts two guests in two twin beds with a TV of their own.
Let us dive right into the details of the first floor! It's designed similar to a studio, featuring a separate entrance and no internal connection to the upstairs. Privacy and convenience at its finest! The first floor kitchen boasts a full range of stainless steel appliances, you will have everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. Tucked away neatly in the bathroom, you will find a stacked washer and dryer.
