Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip

Heel ruim appartement in een authentiek gebouw, netjes, alles aanwezig. Groter in het echt dan op de foto’s. Goede douche, handdoeken. Ook fijn dat er afwasmiddel, wasmiddel etc aanwezig is net zoals kruiden en olijfolie voor het koken. Handige toegang met een code zodat je geen sleutel moet bijhouden. We hadden een klein probleempje met de online check in maar nadat ik telefonisch contact had opgenomen was het meteen opgelost! Heel fijn! Goed gelegen om Barcelona te ontdekken, vlak aan een park met een grote speeltuin. Supermarkt en bakker om de hoek, fietsverhuur vlakbij.

Geen stockage van bagage mogelijk, er is de optie om je bagage in een andere locatie van Sweett te plaatsen maar dat is 2 km verderop dus niet echt handig.

Very comfortable

The location suited us as we could walk to the main train station on the last morning and continue our journey. The apartment is also very close to the metro and bus station. The kitchen was well equipped, we really liked the welcome pack (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, dishwashing packet, 2 pairs of slippers - why only 2?, there were more of us). The apartment is modern, very spacious and comfortable. We missed several hooks for hanging already in the hallway and also in the bathroom next to the sink. There is a large children's playground right next to the facility.

We were a bit disturbed by the noise from the staircase and the noise of the elevator at night. Traffic was not a problem. We got the entry code really last minute. We were a bit impatient if everything is fine with the reservation. We were travelling with a small child and we really didn't want to be without a place to stay. You must have access to the Internet and to the website to collect the code at all times.

Appartement confortable

Bon emplacement, à proximité d'une ligne de métro. Il y a trois chambres équipées d'un lit double chacune, deux douches, deux toilettes, ce qui permet à chacun des voyogeurs d'avoir du confort et de l'intimité. L'appartement est également bien équipé en electro ménagé.

J'ai trouvé l'espace de vie un peu petit. Nous étions trois personnes et nous étions déjà un peu à l'étroit.

Tudo correu como previsto, a comunicação com a entidade é excelente, a casa estava totalmente pronta e totalmente equipada. não faltou nada.

O espaço é apertado no que toca aos quartos, mas é suficiente.

Emplacement

Espaces trop petits, particulièrement la sale de bains: trop petite pour l’utilisation d’une famille de 5 personnes. Cuisine pas très bien équipé: manque d’assiettes, de verres, etc. Trop de bruit depuis la cage d’escaliers. Sale à manger pas confortable. Canapé pas confortable.

Good apartments, recommended.

Everything is clean, good bed, fit for big family, location is pretty good, walkable to station. The instruction is very smooth, very fast reply just from whatsapp. All the questions are answered satisfactorily.

Just the lift is a bit too small for a big family group.

I liked the cleanliness and the fact that the apartment was equipped with absolutely everything needed.

The soundproofing is extremely bad, I didn't sleep well 2 nights out of 4. You could hear absolutely everything. It is far from the sights, but there is a metro station nearby.

Good experience

It was a good and practical space with all the appliances, balcony and elevator. The welcome package was clever and useful. Nice and easy check-in/out. Close to public transport, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Nice customer service.

The shower had a timer and there was no extra bedsheets.

Muito confortável e bastante fácil o check in. Também foi bom podermos deixar as malas durante o dia no escritório deles.

O isolamento do som é péssimo, ouvia tudo o que se falava nos outros apartamentos. O horário no check in é um pouco tarde, mas ajuda ter onde deixar as malas para aproveitar o dia.

Bom apartmento familiar na Plaza de Espana.

Localização, equipamento de cozinha completo, decoração moderna, boa climatização e espaço do apartamento em geral.

A única casa de banho que existe é muito pequena, especialmente para um apartamento com capacidade para 6 pessoas. O elevador avariou a meio da estadia, bem como o duche, mas ambos foram resolvidos no dia seguinte.

Traffic noise at night (to be expected in city centre). 4 person lift took a little while to figure out, but a welcome feature.
