Good 👍🏾

Room was spacious with microwave, induction, kitchen sink, sofa etc. Worth the money. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Good location too.

The bedsheets had hair on them when I arrived and the sofa had some smoke holes in them. But the rest was alright.

Extremly dusty and dirty . Front desk - just doesn’t get work done !! I had to call at least 20 times to get my room cleaned - and they took 1 day to send someone to sort it out . No kettle in the room, bed sheets and towels torn !

🛑 🛑 AWEFUL EXPERIENCE. DIRTY ROOMS!! 🛑 🛑

Nothing. It was aweful.

The rooms were dirty and unhygienic. In the first room, they gave us a washroom with urine drops on the commode. In the second room, the bed had hair n blood spots all over the bedsheets and used glasses on the tables. The third room was okay but smelt bad with a leaking commode. Aweful experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!! 🛑 ❌

Didn't like the cleanliness, poor hygienic conditions and staff wasn't helpful at all. I asked them to cancel my booking and issue me refund for the other 2 days. They failed to comply. Never returned my money

Nothing to like... very unprofessional... cancelled my room and told me to shift to other place

No service...kitchen starts very late and forgot that I have paid for food as well and needed to remind about the same and they give me leftover food of a marriage

Good value for money but attention to detail is required.

Excellent location very spacious room with sitting area, minikitchen and great value for money.

Staff are a little under-trained, this property lacks finesse in the small things, it has 2 inverter ACs in the room but the dry area of the bathroom is not great - the shower curtain is too short. There is no hot water (yet) in the shower, the towel rods are flimsy and the staff don't provide hand towels and a bath mat. Breakfast orders were mixed up, small things, boiled eggs were given but no cutlery or salt and pepper. These need to improve.
