Fully equipped kitchen, with all of the cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware needed to prepare a holiday meal. Also includes a rice cooker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, standard drip coffee maker, and a large dining room table, with seating for 10.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 12 guests plus additional children 5 years old and younger allowed.
* Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
* The ordinance does not allow the hot tub to be used between 10pm and 8am.
* 6 cars max. 2 in garage, 4 in driveway (and none in the street)
* Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside.
* Surveillance: driveway does have camera. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party, this is not it. Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented, tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.

Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. Visit El Dorado County's website and see our listing for current ordinance and home rules, as these are incorporated into this agreement. Reservation are considered reservation requests within the first 24 hours of making them. These requests will be reviewed and may be canceled by host for any reason within that period.

GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.

The home was very clean. We loved the location! There was a tv in one bedroom upstairs that wasn’t in working order but we were so busy the whole time we were fine with it. We also had a poor experience with a customer service call. When we arrived we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. When we spoke with Sean from the intake center he explained that it is normal and that it takes a few hours for it to come up to temp. When he hung up he accidentally called right back and had no idea he was speaker phone complaining to someone about the call I had just made. He was very unprofessional but the manager assured me he would be spoken to about his behavior.Overall I would highly recommend staying here Beautiful, clean home close to so many great beaches, Heavenly village and the casinos.

The house accommodated our large group. We really loved the neighborhood. Very beautiful and quite. Since we are not a rowdy bunch, the rules on the contract were easy for us to adhere too. The only issue we had was the trash that was already placed in the bins when we arrived. We had to place our trash in the garage. Perhaps someone can go by the house during the middle of the week to pick up extra trash bags and dispose of them.

The house worked out perfectly for the 14 of us and the location and street was wonderful. I would suggest some full length mirrors as there are none downstairs :)
