About this house rental
Nestled on Missionary Rdg with 20+mile views is a surprising modern community tucked amid Civil War history - Atomic Ridge. Nomad has 3 bedrooms which includes a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed with a twin top and full bottom, 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Nomad was designed for the hopeful wanderer looking to explore Chattanooga and come home to mid century luxury. Tucked off the street and accessible by a paved pathway, Nomad is the most private home in Atomic Ridge. Perfect for groups or couples with 4 beds and 2 baths. Gather in the lounge with wet bar or take in the views at the 3rd floor terrace. Experience Nomad.
The home comes with two assigned parking spots that are labeled with the corresponding address. There are no additional spots available besides very limited street parking (along cul-de-sac and outside the gate of Atomic Ridge) which is first come first serve. We strongly suggest only bringing two cars. If guests are parked in spaces assigned for another address, they could be subject to towing.

Enjoyed the stay. This unit was a great home away from home. Everything was clean and well cared for. The spaces were interesting and there was plenty of room for our family of 5.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Atomic Ridge. It's a very new, modern, clean, and secure complex. We were very pleased with our unit's location, as it is a corner end unit, so it was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the upstairs top floor, and with the sitting room and TV, the kids were able to get up and entertain themselves giving Mom and Dad a few extra winks.
A few notes for parents and other guests. There are a LOT of stairs. So, for those with issues climbing, take note. One will definitely get their steps in going from the bottom floor to the top floor, and with our children forgetting things in their room, there was a lot of up and down.
Waze, Google Maps, and Uber all seem to have issues with locating the new Atomic Ridge private road. Before traveling, I looked online to orient myself and looked at pictures which helped us zero in on the arrival location specifically to get to the gate. There was a party staying clearly also having issues trying to direct their Uber/Lyft driver to the gate.
Location-wise, this property is really easy to stay at as it was 10 minutes driving to where we needed to go whether that was downtown, or across the river. We really enjoyed the ease of the stay, the location, and the unit. Would highly recommend this location and look forward to future stays. There's a lot to explore in the area and we can't wait to get back.

Clean, modern, roomy; perfect stand-alone space for a family get-together. Short drive to downtown, battlefields, and outdoor recreation. Hosts were very easy to work with, would absolutely recommend this property.
